Young guy at the shop helped me a ton with surf wax. He was excited to help- very knowledgeable.

So nice to buy things in person. Try them on, wear them out the store. Real shops rule. This ones especially great with appropriately grungy staff, who are usually discussing how stoked or bummed about the surf they are. This reinforces the feeling that we should maybe unplug and occasionally interact with other people. Stop reading this and go outside, take your dog for a walk.
