AT Romance Bridal, San Bruno CA

I HIGHLY recommend this boutique! The prices and packages they offer are a spectacular value! They have beautiful gowns all in great condition. They offer rentals, off the rack purchases and buying new. They even have photography packages for city hall/full weddings when you get a dress with them - great idea!

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I feel they truly care about helping you find the right dress. I visited almost 10 other boutiques and felt pressured and manipulated into purchasing so they could get a sale - not once did I feel that way here.

I called multiple times with very specific questions and even thought about changing my dress one month out! Each time they met me with empathy, professionalism and goodwill.

May is a delight to work with. She is extremely kind, thoughtful, and patient.

I was initially sad prior to finding her studio as I was having a hard time finding a wedding dress that fit me. I actually had never considered myself to overweight or anything…That is until I tried dresses at other locations that honestly were beautiful but meant for slim individuals. It was a little depressing seeing a beautiful dress that you didn’t want to try on because you knew it wouldn’t fit.

So when I had the opportunity for a dress try on with May at her bridal studio, it made me super happy that she had multiple dresses that fit me and looked beautiful.

May was also very helpful in styling. She has great recommendations and I ended up choosing a dress she suggested that I initially did not have an interest in. It looked great and I was comfortable in it. She made the entire process extremely easy.

May also helped me find a makeup and hair artist for my photoshoot as well which turned out amazing.

Thank you May for not only being fantastic at your job, but a wonderful person. Thank you for making this experience positive and easy.

We looks everywhere for traditional Chinese wedding attire and found this establishment. The people that work here are really nice and very willing to help.

Unfortunately, since we were so last minute, some of the items we needed for our ceremony were all rented out.

I rented my wedding dress here and May made the process easy and smooth. I went in for 2 fittings and my dress fit perfectly on my wedding day. The rental came with 2 different veils of my choosing which was nice to change up my look.

The employees in this store are professional and I can't ask for a better experience.

We contacted AT Romance at the end of last October for our SF City Hall Ceremony around Christmas time. May responded so quickly and we finalized the package and contract in just two days. We didn’t rent a wedding dress but did rent several hair decor and jewelry. May helped me pick and fit the ones onsite in the studio before our wedding day. She’s so considerate, kind and patient! On our wedding day, our bridal makeup-artist Sarah showed up on time, brought all her professional makeup tools to our hotel room and did an amazing job for my facial makeup and hair style! The makeup looked great in our wedding photos and didn’t give me any discomfort. She helped me put on my wedding dress and made sure everything was right before we departed for the ceremony. At city hall, Jack and Huahua, our photographers were extremely attentive, professional and patient. They picked good locations based on our pre-wedding phone call with Jack. They learned well of the spots, angels and lighting we wanted our perfect wedding photos to have. We enjoyed the photo-shooting with them a lot and thanks Jack for being a witness for our ceremony! After the wedding, Jack edited, compiled and shared our sneak peek and basic edited photos with us so fast. He later also mailed us the print outs of our favorite ones. The whole experience with AT Romance was absolutely above and beyond. We’d recommend our friends with upcoming weddings to use AT Romance Bridal’s service:)
