9 This manager was so rude I could not believe he is allowed to work with the public! I walked up to check in I was informed I had a early check in, he told me if I paid him $45 more and a $20 deposit then he would let me, I'm 65 and handicapped and hard to walk, I said how much total more do you want? Then he said I was rude and he was not going to let me have my room that I had paid for on line $125. He also said he was keeping my money! He is stealing money from a senior citizen. I was so confused how can he get away stealing money, DON'T STAY AT ATASCADERO INN WORST PLACE IN TOWN! The manager needs to learn some manners! Rude person at counter.

I just have to say that after reading these one and two start ratings, I cannot believe they actually stayed at this motel!
My wife and I rented a room from them, on the ground floor and haven't slept that well in some time. Clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly professional staff.
Would recommend this motel to anyone!
I liked that there was a fast food place right across from the hotel and was easy walking distance.

You are away from most things but if you are there on a cold night you'll be glad you have that heater.
The management seems bothered when you ask a question. The place is not very clean and people staying there are not very pleasant all around it's not a good experience
I wish I could give them zero. My wife called and setup the reservation. We were traveling with our pets and the lady said it was no problem. We got to the inn and they would not except the pets.
DO NOT BOOK a room with this company.
The staff was super nice and very friendly. Very clean rooms and safe parking. One of the best hotels I have been to.
Didn't stay, the room was filthy, when the front desk was informed, they Rudely said we had been there. Told them we gna file complaint, he started yelling whatever couldn't understand him, I did hear him say he had cameras, he refused to show us, s all in all I want my 400 hundred and something money back never to return there again. Very bad people running this establishment
