BJ and the rest of the staff were great! They made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was getting my hair cut and permed. Thought of everything from snacks to coffee to pillows.

Came in today for a perm and was greeted with friendly staff:). It didn't take long for them to help me as a walk in. This is the 3rd time I come in and it's always great. Last for a long time and great quality highly recommended.

I’m so glad I followed Ivy to Atelier! She always goes above and beyond and takes great care of my hair. I also got to meet Kenny who did am amazing job with the Keratin treatment! From balayage, keratin, to a fabulous haircut, Ivy and Kenny can do it all!

I came for the first time yesterday and had a wonderful experience. Everyone is so kind, the facility is super clean. There was a mix up with my appointment but they were still able to get me in. I went in for a violet balayage and have naturally dark brown hair so my services took about 5 hours. My stylist, BJ, was super attentive and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The rest of the staff would check in on me as well. I like that everyone acknowledges you, even if they're not your stylist for the day. My hair came out amazing. I was nervous going in for such a light color but BJ did an amazing job.

My hair was so messed up, but Ivy was such a life saver and was able to fix it. She was able to work a miracle and my hair looks so much better! The service here was exceptional and the staff is really friendly and accommodating.

Ivy is amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful with my styling questions and like an artist in the care she takes. Kenny, who washed my hair (twice!) and gave me a great little head massage, has a great personality and made the entire experience fun. I’m sure to come back.
