It is always great to chat and shop here in person with great customer services from the staff as they are supportive in helping you choose the best outfits for your workout or work day with comfort and care.
I entered the store and was greeted by someone I assume was a store associate. I use the word ‘assume’ because he was sitting on a couch, working on a laptop. I was very confused. This store is at headquarters, is this normal behavior? At any rate, this store solidifies my feeling that shopping online is much better than in-person experiences. Associates are not helpful and rude when you ask for assistance.
