Dr. Natasha is incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about helping her clients reach their goals. She makes me feel like her #1 priority and treats me with great respect and professionalism.
I've been perplexed about a painful ab spasm that I'd occasionally get the last 20+ years when doing crunches or similar-like movements. No other doctors knew how to help me, but Dr. Natasha is guiding me in the right direction. Finally l see the light at the end of the tunnel!
Met Dr. Natasha and Dr. Cali at a health expo through my work and decided to come in for an evaluation and work to combat an issue with my shoulder/neck that has been problematic for some time with overhead lifts or heavier shoulder/trap dominant work. Fast forward 2 sessions with Cali and I'm on track to work through the actual issue that Cali was quick to diagnose and I've seen progress each time, with a workout plan between sessions and a timeline to achieve certain goals. Cali is very attentive and always making sure that I'm clear on her explanations and what's asking from me. I would definitely recommend Cali and Natasha to anyone who is in a position where they have a sports or fitness related issue and want to diagnose and treat with knowledgeable people in that space.
The doctor is in! It's awesome to have a personal trainer who is also a doctor of physical therapy. These trainers know their stuff. Natasha knew what to do to get me breathing better and firing my core better! 10/10.
Working with Cali has been a game changer in my performance and recovery as an ultra runner/endurance athlete. I started working with her after an injury and her expertise, wisdom and knowledge on knowing exactly what I need to get me back on the trails with my busy lifestyle in mind is why I recommend her to my clients. I’m more aware of my body mechanics and know exactly what I need to do once I feel compensation patterns in my body. She’s amazing!
After many years of long distance running, the frequency and severity of my running injuries finally reached a level that required me to stop running. Natasha’s very detailed analysis identified several areas that, over time, led to my breakdown. Natasha worked very closely with me to understand my running goals and together we implemented a plan to get back to running. She developed customized workouts to address my areas of imbalance and weakness, helping me to reduce my pain, rebuild my strength, and ultimately make me a stronger and more efficient runner! Highly recommend if you are a distance runner or triathlete seeking to recover from an injury or even better, stop the injury before it derails your training!
Athletic Edge PT are the best! I have been working with Cali for about four months now. I needed help strengthening my knee, low back, and shoulder. All but the shoulder are fixed and I see improvements with every session. I would recommend AEPT to anyone struggling with a fitness related injury.
Natasha is seriously the best! As a jiujitsu athlete my recovery and performance are key. She was able to help me find the cause of my shoulder pain and help me on the road to recovery. The best part is she understands the demands of my sport and gave me tangible and realistic excercises to help strengthen my muscles where needed. I would 100% recomend her to my fellow athletes.
Natasha and team are amazing. I am an ex-pro athlete and I've been to so many PTs, so I know the practice and industry very well. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and being an athlete herself helps her work with a wide range of people. I can't recommend Athletic Edge enough if you are looking to get pain free and stay pain free.
I’ve been having sessions for 3 months with Cali and have made great progress on increasing strength and function of my knee post-surgery when traditional PT did not work. Athletic Edge is a great sports-focused PT group. We have made tangible goals and personalized programs to get me to reach them. Highly recommend!
I just started working with Dr. Cali Pyzdrowski for a recent ACL & MCL injury. I am obsessed with her because of her knowledge, personal ability, and attitude. I have a long journey to recovery and I’m so excited to work with her. Highly highly recommend
I cannot recommend Athletic Edge Physical Therapy enough. Natasha has helped me so much and Callie is great too. Both are extremely knowledgeable about anatomy, physiology, and function, but beyond that, they know how to apply it to athletes. They are not only capable of helping get rid of pain, but they help you get back to a high level of function as well. Natasha always takes her time to assess any new issues and address ones that we continue to work on. She uses each hour appointment to its fullest to incorporate manual muscle release work and exercises. I couldn’t put weight on my knee when fully flexed earlier this year and now I’m back to hitting squat PRs and doing CrossFit competitions. Anyone who needs physical therapy should contact AE, but especially if you’re an athlete!
Natasha was absolutely amazing! She put my nerves at ease- and brought a peace over me because I felt totally confident and taken care of in her hands. She was so knowledgeable of the human body- it brought me comfort that I can trust her. I was crying in the morning from pain In my lower back after a workout- but after leaving her office In the evening, I left feeling so relieved physically! I was not expecting to feel the pain to be so subsided walking out. I HIGHLY recommend Natasha! Her personable skills made the appt so enjoyable and light hearted. She made me laugh calming all of my nerves:)

If you are at all considering going to PT with Natasha/Athletic Edge, DO IT. If you have acute pain, DO IT. If you’ve had years of chronic pain, and are doubtful there are even solutions, DO IT! If you’re a serious athlete, or just plain serious about healing, STOP PROCRASTINATING AND DO IT RIGHT NOW. Natasha is it, the real deal, the cream of the crop.
She’s an angel sent straight from physical therapist heaven. She’s brilliant, intuitive, and I’ve can honestly say I’ve never trusted someone with my body so completely. I came to Natasha originally for some acute pain in my hip and low back, and she solved that so quickly and seamlessly (in awe of her, in case it’s not obvious). We’re now tackling some longer lasting body issues—after D1 athletics I’ve spent years with chronic pain, both in my low back and in my left knee. I really thought the pain would be with me for life at this point… I’d gone to PT unsuccessfully in the past and was feeling so discouraged. Natasha is walking me through recovery for all of it, and for the first time in years I don’t just have hope—I have confidence that I’ll be pain free again.
I wholeheartedly recommend Natasha, and would give her more stars if I could.

I'll just say that Natasha is an undoubted expert of her craft. Not only did she help cure my chronic back pain, but she cared deeply about me as a person along the way. She was quick to answer my texts, hop on a phone call, or update my workout plan to adhere to my schedule and activities.
She's a very kind person who genuinely wants to listen to your story and help you get better.
