Great environment supportive staff and athletes. This place gives you the attention and disapline you need to go further than what you didn't expect you had. High energy and motivation. I've plateaued too long at the regular gym and health clubs. As long as you stick to the program it won't happen here. Coach Terry is awesome!
Great space with a lot of great equipment and the staff is friendly. Drop in fee is inexpensive but is cash only.
