The office looks old & sketchy but the Dr is really great! Very knowledgeable, professional, personable & addressed all my concerns in detail. Left the office feeling relieved, reassured & confident in my exam.

Dr. Logan is very good and efficient. The office is extremely busy which presents some challenges. A visit that should take one hour takes about two hours plus, due to the large amount patients. I attempted to call the office before appt, since I was running slightly behind. After being transferred to one office then corporate office I gave up. Apparently I was supposed to have been setup for some testing but this did not take place. When we attempted to make another appt.we were told there were none available for the balance of the year. (Almost 5 months).
Difficult to tell patients they cant be seen but clearly some operational personnel need to examine what is going on.
Again, like the Dr, but the accessibility is very difficult.

Dr. Logan is always professional, friendly, works quickly and efficiently. I have had eye surgery with him one previous time. He’s very personable and puts patients at ease. I highly recommend him. Was thrilled to hear he would be doing this second procedure.

They don't even deserve a half star! I returned a call from them to make an appointment and the lady on the phone was rude as can.be! Sorry if you had a bad morning but leave it outside the job. I've never had a woman so unhelpful and trying to make me look dumb. If u you don't like your job there's always someone out there who will appreciate it and tasty customers with respect.

Willing to spend time with patient. Explain the results of test very thoroughly. Makes patient feeling good and cared for. Highly recommended.

Waited 2 months for my appointment for a glaucoma test only to find out that they didn’t schedule the test & I would need to reschedule it! Pls. I think not!

The assistants and nurses were very nice, I felt very comfortable. Dr Knight was very good and explained my situation very well. I felt at ease and that I was in good hands.

The most professional eyes specialist. Advanced equipment and excellent team. Skillfully coordinated with details of instructions before and after surgery. Fast recovery and can see clearly on the third day. I wish I had this done sooner. I am very pleased with Dr. Brookman, and his medical staff. After the surgery, I can see far very clearly without my thick glasses.

Six weeks later, my left eye was so sensitive, every time I blinked my eye, the left eye felt like something touching my eyeball. I called, wanted an appointment and disappointed at the service quality. Maybe inadequate training or shortage of staff.

As a formal business owner, I suggest the higher management to monitor the incoming call activities. You already invested in the sophisticate telephone system and is useless if this problem still exisited. You maybe shortage of staff to handle the incoming call.
The following was my experience this month. I called and waited longer than 45 minutes, the agent answered the call, said there is one more call ahead of me. Then I was put on hold forever! After another 30 minutes I gave up.

This happened 3 times on 3 different occasions.
I also pressed "0" and expected a call back. No one call me back.

Last week I left a voice message with full details and nobody called me back.

On Jul 20th, I went to your office personally, just to get an appointment.

Please do not hesitate to call me personally. I want to help.

I am still waiting, 1 hour 15 minutes past my appointment time. I would understand if this were an OBGYN or emergency room. No excuse for an eye doc.

Staff extremely nice! I was very comfortable and satisfied with the eye procedure Dr Knight preformed. Highly recommend to all.

Fridays are obviously their busiest day.all personnel encountered were very professional and friendly.as were the other patients I spent a good bit of time with while waiting for my next series of tests. My quality of care was very welcoming.as was my direct contact with Dr. Brookman. His thorough testing and reassuring comments put me at ease for my upcoming Cataract surgery. Overall a positive experience. I will attempt to schedule my next appointment on a Mon thru Thursday.

The wait time was a bit over the top, but understandable considering the number of patients vs doctors. Dr. Brookman is first rate, imo!

Great attitude and attention! The office staff is usually awesome, but they must have had a bad day this last time! They were not friendly and we’re running about 30min behind schedule! But the doctor we awesome with my mom! He and Eileen were in great spirits and spoke to my mom in Spanish and made her feel better. Thank you, but please share your awesome attitude with the rest of the staff!?

She was please with my progress and I was also pleased with her

Retinopathy is a challenging experience, however, Dr. Knight's innovative approach to administering eye care makes the very best of a situation that those of us with Retinopathy have to endure. I highly recommend Dr. Knight's eye health care services.

Like I said very professional, smiling, kindness support and loving hearts no matter what you there for. Treating people equally with that great personality welcome, it really blessed me with all the amazing vibes from E1. With good deed and humanity y’all showed me among the Huntington Beach office and the Long Beach office was more than plus. For all the good deed and the humanity with kindness loving support and all the help us patients need you’ve shown me one great important value of the day. You stay humble, be kin with humanity love and support on someone. It will come back shine on you all. Please keep up the amazingly awesome great job all off you have done to all the doctors and nurses that took the time to see me.much blessings on you all. Stay blessed and stay safe.
