Dr. Grattan is an absolute TREASURE! She's kind hearted, professional and incredibly experienced and knowledgeable about my condition. She cares about her patients which makes all the difference in the world!

Staff are friendly and they have a very challenging population come through that office. I feel comfortable and well treated. I feel good after i leave not stressed or tired. Thats a positive because i get the diabetic exam.

Had lens replacement 8 months ago and now going in for laser. I would have loved more time to speak to the doctor today but he was in a worry. The staff is awesome and I like Dr. Brookman he had an emergency and was 1 1/2 late, but because he was late he is now in a hurry.

I find Dr. Casey to be caring, intelligent and to make sound decisions to best improve my eye needs. I highly recommend him to others (I hope this recommendation will not make it difficult for me to get appointments with him in the future.)

The assisting nurses were very perlite and professional. Dr Tran, was also very professional and answered all of my questions. The appointment was a very pleasant experience

I arrived at my appointment on time. After 35 minutes I inquired when I would see the doctor. The receptionist said there were 2 people ahead of me. I waited another 15 minutes before I was called and then was only assisted by the staff for an eye chart exam. Then was asked to wait in a seating area until a room was available. The total wait time before seeing the doctor was 1-1/2 hours. Totally unacceptable the way they handle their bookings! Dr. Brookman was very pleasant and apologized for the delay but it also happened on one other occasion. I’d advise getting a very early appointment!

Very friendly and professional. Explained everything to me and always asked if I had any questions.

She said my eyes are the same as last year but I feel there is a change in them. Didn’t do much of an exam.

Wait time is minimal.i noticed walk-ins and Atlantis took care of them right away so that's a plus.ive been here a couple of times and each occasion I was taken care of with minimal problems.its local which is a plus
