Attention to all who have been a victim of fraud by this company. In October of last year, a salesman, Otoniel Toledo, came to my house to sell me this water system. The system seemed good to us because he told us that he would help us leave this system with a minimum payment and with a fixed credit of 1.2% for $7,390 dollars. It seemed to me and my wife a very good offer with that fixed interest. Later we realized that the seller changed all the paperwork. With a 9.9% revolving interest that is paid apart from what you pay per month you pay 9.9% of the entire loan amount and 1.2 percent is every day plus 2. And something apart from the 9.9 and 1.2 percent there is another interest of 2 point and something. In one year of those 7,390 dollars we have only paid 200 and something dollars for our water system and 531 in interest alone. They scammed us by selling a water system that was damaged after a week and I had to fix it myself. I contacted the company to have them come fix it and they never responded to me after I had already fixed the system. They sent a technician who did nothing. They just sent me a check for 69 dollars for fixing the system. This company is dedicated to scamming people with Interesedes revolvers and they change all the paper us as they do but they do it. If you have been defrauded by this company you can make a report through the DFPI to the protection and innovation department. The manager is very rude and not at all professional. I tried to fix this by talking to him and it couldn't be done so we have made the decision to put a stop to all this type of financial abuse and consumer scams. Even a favor, do not do business with this company even if it seems the most sincere, later you will regret this terrible decision. Look at all their bad comments before making a decision.

I’m a new homeowner mynor ortiz came said they had changed filters and didn’t even check the garage system I felt disrespected and disappointed this is not my fault they want to charge me 420 because previous owners didn’t service it and changed the filters then they want to charge me 800 to 950 to change the under sink system. I feel like they want money and they repeat the same message about the if ur car needs service message like wth I heard from different reps like they’re programmed idk I’m just disappointed
