Atlas was great. Responsive when I called, came on time and educated me about the hvac system and how we should maintain it. Fixed all of our existing issues and left everything clean

Atlas did a complete new furnace and AC system for us in 2018.
Works great.
We recently had another remodel going on and needed advice and repair of the thermostat (our painter messed that up!).
And, got some needed advice on relocating a register with in our kitchen remodel, so I could perform the work.

I have found Atlas Heating as a tremendous resource. They arrive on time, with a positive attitude (Love Nick & Boss Bob) with lots of experience and knowledge to handle difficult situations that arise. Very neat, at the end of each day it was hard to tell they had been there because the floors and surfaces had been cleaned. Highly recommend.

Atlas Heating and Air has been our go to company for many years. They do great quality work, they do what they say they are going to do, and they have integrity. Bob Tuck knows what he is doing and he and his wife have built a quality company that I am happy to recommend.

We appreciate a business that has professional technicians that are timely, observant, and efficient. We had an issue with our cooling system. The technician called to see if he could come earlier which was great for us. He quickly identified the problem, e planned it in detail, plus wrote it up on the service ticket and encouraged us to make an appointment for a fall service, which we were able to do immediately.

The Atlas technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He needed to change our special add-on air filter too - this required removing a closet door to get to it. He was not fazed at all with the extra steps to get the job done.

Atlas was very responsive on setting up an appointment and arriving on time as promised. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed and our heat pump has been operating perfectly since the visit.

Great service. Fast, Professional. This was the second company I called to replace my water heater. The first company wanted about 40% more to do the same job.

I called Atlas on a recommendation. Chris called to let me know when to anticipate his arrival which was great. He came to the door masked up which was awesome. He looked everything over, listened to what I had to say and explained things to me. He was very professional but at the same time friendly. They returned a few days later to fix the issue (they didn't have the item needed when they first visited). I had the same experience and Chris was sent out again since he knew the issue. Everyone I interacted with was really great, from paying the bill to scheduling the appointment!

They are the top of there field, and everyone that works for them are quality people. You wish you had employees this good.

Atlas is very responsive when you call in. Their service techs call when they are on their way, are friendly and do great work. Reasonably priced to keep your system trouble-free.

Atlas did a great job at a fair price. When I asked other companies about the few particulars I knew about (like ducting material), others were planning on using really cheap, poor quality materials that they weren't mentioning up front. You'll have your heater/AC for a long time-go with quality workmanship and materials.

This company has gone from the best to the worst. Used to get great service from them and now they don't even return phone calls requesting service. Stay clear of Atlas. Whatever they used to be they aren't any more.

Honest and knowledgeable people! JD was very helpful in diagnosing our issue and suggesting appropriate solutions.

We called for a routine pre-heating season tune-up on our 14 year old furnace and ducts. Paul S.came out on time and did a thorough check of the ducts, vents, registers, furnace and filters. He also uncovered a problem with a connection of one of the ducts. He was careful to inform me of what was needed to bring our system into top functioning condition and to explain how to mitigate future costs of routine tune-ups. Paul was polite, efficient and considerate of our needs. I give him an A+.

We just had a visit from Phil for a consultation for a new heating system. He gave us honest, practical advice that was very helpful.

We had Paul Schneidewind come to our house today to do a heating maintenance. He was early, something I've never experienced with service people before. His professionalism was obvious from the start. Not only did he perform the service, but he walked me through everything he did even letting me know where we needed to move our carbon monoxide detectors. If Paul was always the person doing our service, I would be one happy customer.
