I had some jewelry in another pawn shop which is also local, named A & V Pawn, which is located on South Street & Downey Ave. PLEASE DO NOT SPEND UR MONEY OR ASK 4 THEIR ASSISTANCE! I ONLY HAD THE EXACT DOLLAR AMOUNT 2 GET MY JEWELRY OUTTA THEIR PAWN SERVICE, BUT THEY DEMANDED 4 ME 2 HAVE A FACE MASK & IF I DIDN'T, THEY WOULD SUPPLY ME WITH ONE, BUT NOT 4 FREE! THAT'S AN ADDITUONAL DOLLAR FEE! Smh! Thats very poor customer service and also shows they do not value their customer's (ME)!
So, I paid my dues & RAN OUTTA THERE!
I STILL AM CURRENTLY HAVING A MINOR SETBACK N MY LIFE DUE TO CANCER AND GOGGLED THE NEXT CLOSIEST PAWN SHOP 2 GET ANOTHER PIECE OF ASSISTANCE AND ENDED UP IN THIS BEAUTIFUL INVIRONMENT! Great place to pawn or purchase something. T they will work with you on any price. Whole entire staff are friendly and helpful. A guy named Gary was as solid as they come. I would recommend anybody to check them out. I will definitely be going back thanks to Gary. He was really fair and will shoot honest with you. He works there on the weekends. Had one of the best experiences at Atlas with outstanding customer service. Gary was remarkable! He provided great versatile ideas on what to do with my jewelry. He offered to repair my ring by placing a new diamond stone and polished it at an extremely low cost ultimately not charging me at all. He kept it safe for an additional week until I was ready to pick up. He was so kind and so informative. In addition to incredible customer service, the shop also carries stunning pieces and other really neat things around the entire shop. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Excellent customer service, very fair prices, no shady haggling. I highly recommend coming here to sell or pawn any of your items. They also have a very clean floor room and lots of quality things to buy. Overall a very good experience and I will be back.

I walked in with a 14 Gold necklace to be fixed. Mr. Gary was able to repair my necklace at an extremely fair price in a week span! I am very pleased with my purchase and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
