Amazing food! Everyone should try it. You can feel how much care goes into the food here. Flavor, texture, aroma, presentation. All are perfectly balanced.

This place is trash. The people that work there (if you are lucky to find them) are smelly, hippie trash. Worst customer service experience ever and the food is not worth the overpriced menu. Chicken sandwich was flavorless and lacked personality like their employees. Avoid at all costs. They scam customers as well.

The food is phenomenal. The customer service is horrible. The food has to be ordered online and shipped. My order came in an entire month after I was told it would arrive. I waited about 2 months for the food to finally arrive. I sent several messages via email, trying to get an understanding about what was going on, but nobody would reply to any of the messages. I would call the telephone number on their website, during business hours, but no one would ever pick up or call back. It's unfortunate that such a great product, is so unprofessionally mishandled. No matter how good the product is, they should not be playing with people's hard-earned money.

I have been waiting over 1 month for my order to ship. Payment has been made. I have repeatedly emailed regarding this matter and even spoke to a woman in the office. NO RESPONSE AT ALL.

This chicken was amazing! Both the sandwhich and the tenders! Food came on time! I was just blown away that it was made from plants and not an actual chicken from the taste, texture, & breading I couldn’t believe my tongue.

Will the people that placed orders in August and early September ever get a refund or their orders? It’s been almost a month and you haven’t sent out any email or notice about my order. The communication with Atlas Monroe is atrocious. No response to my emails or phone calls regarding my $100+ order. I will never order from this company again. The chicken is decent but slightly overrated.

We purchased vegan chicken online from Atlas Monroe on 8/31/23 for $108. They guaranteed it would be shipped by 9/14/23. It was supposed to be overnight shipping since the products are frozen. So we were supposed to receive the product no later than 9/15/23. The products didn't ship, so we contacted them asking if it would ship soon since it was past their guaranteed date. They didn't respond, so we sent another email saying that we're concerned since we haven't heard back and that they already took our money. They didn't respond, so we sent another email letting them know that we would report them and take action if we don't hear from them or receive the products by the end of the work week. We still haven't heard back and still haven't received the product. I typed our situation into Google and noticed that there are several people on the Better Business Bureau that had posted a complaint against Atlas Monroe with this happening to them as well.

Delicious- just delicious! Well worth the wait! The chili cheese fries and atlas monroe bacon ranch were awesome! + didn’t make me feel queasy like other times eat fast food.

Okay, so I’ve been here 3 times in the past month, 3 out of the 2 times was today. My husband and I are new to plant based eating and decided to try this place we seen on shark tank. The first time bought about $100 worth of food not happy with the portion size as well as no cooking instructions given. And the food was not that great have had better. We bought the ribs (frozen), tacos, and frozen lasagna. The lasagna was ok about a 5. But I waited a good a hour and some change for all that. Their customer service and reception needs a lot of work.

Today, I came for lunch to give it another try because on shark tank it was the chickn. So got a chickn sandwich amazing. But once again, I ordered online, drove to the place because website says 15-30min. I never received an email to pick up my order so I waited an extra 10min. I go inside no one at the front desk. I called the # displayed. No answer as I’m sitting in their waiting area. Finally someone comes out and says are you waiting for pick up or want to order. I said waiting for pick up. She called another lady I show her my order #. And says I need to call after I make an order to let them know. Ummm! Then what is the point of ordering online?
……………… I still come back this time with the hubby so he can try the sandwich since he was at work. We pull up and one of the ladies was outside with her dogs picking at the dog then went inside. My husband was disgusted and when he came back he was like don’t ever order from there again. The people look sketchy or on something.

Beware of this place! I placed an order online on their website at 4: 10 pm on a Saturday. Their website states that orders are ready within 15-30 mins of ordering and that you will get an email when the order is ready for pick up. 5: 00 pm comes by and still no email, I was only a mile away from their pick up location so I decide to drive there. Upon showing up I call to let them know I am there to pick up and the lady that answers tells me "I am busy finishing up orders please call back in 40 minutes" and hangs up. I call again and tell her I ordered the food an hour ago. She tells me "I am trying my best but you're going to have to wait 40 minutes or so" At this point I tell her I want to cancel my order. I asked her how to get my money back, so she gives me this phone number with a San Jose, CA area code, I called and the mailbox was full and had a message saying to write an email if I have any questions. I emailed them on the spot, this was 3 days ago, and they still haven't answered or refunded me. Luckily I was able to reverse the transaction with my bank, so I got my money back. This place has no accountability, no way to reach them and terrible customer service.

Leaving a review on behalf of my lovely girlfriend. The first words out of her mouth was "revolutionary". It's rare to find a restaurant that is so devoted to providing delicious food to a niche community.

The food was actually amazing and you can tell a lot of heart and thought goes into every bite.

Do not waist your money and time! I am very disappointed with the over all experience.first of all I couldn't get thru on the phone to place an order.it wasn't even a busy signal. Just a song on a loop. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and drove there. It's a industrial office & there was nobody at the reception luckily a client that was there seemed to be familiar and called somebody in the kitchen to take our order. The lady that came out told us that the cook had not shown up so there was no food prepared. Then she said all they had was popcorn chicken.then she told us to wait went inside the kitchen then a few minutes later came out to tell us that they can prepre some chicken sandwiches. I agreed and she told me it be about 12 minutes. After near half an hour the order was ready. The sandwich was blan. No flavor! Not worth nowhere near what I paid. I ordered one for my mother as well. It was right under $50! 50 bucks for 2 chicken sandwiches! For this kind of money I expect excellent service and food with flavor. I will not go back and will not just not recommend it but will recommend not to go there! I could have saved me drive, time and 50 dollars if they would have just answered the phone.

Great food and love the selection but often the hours posted are not correct and often this location is not open, so have been unable to purchase food many times.

Everything is amazing especially the vegan fried chicken, bacon sandwiches. Love the Korean BBQ flavor and texture which is vegan as well! The cute outdoor seating is fireside too!
