GREAT VALUE! Most issues are simple calibrations and or repairs, they have a great warranty department that will get your issue resolved quickly!

If you want to purchase restaurant equipment with a company that stands behind their product, look elsewhere. Apparently the warranty begins the day the wholesaler receives the product not the day you purchase it (something the company I purchased my thermostatic griddle through has never heard of nor have I). After owning the griddle for 3 months my 1 year warranty is apparently expired, but gee for my inconvenience they will send me a part that they have no idea if it will work since it has already been replaced once as long as I pay for the labor… what a deal! Also if you purchase a griddle check your burners since two of the three were installed upside down so quality control isn’t the best. Needless to say customer service in Arlington leaves much to be desired. Everyone works hard enough in the food industry to make ends meet, it’s a low blow to deal with something like this on top of all of it. Save yourself a headache and bite the bullet for a more expensive quality product through a better company.

I spend $1500 on a atosa cook rite range brand new, broke down after 8 months, customer service nothing but a total disaster, simply can’t get a technician asap in your area to honor their promises in terms of manufacturing warranty, get a different brand please & your due diligence is crucial, good luck

Worst customer service team I have experienced. Purchased a two door fridge that malfunctioned after 9months. The customer support was slow to respond and ship out the warranty part. Equipment downtime will be two weeks if we ever receive the replacement part. Don’t spend your money here if you need something reliable because they don’t value their consumers after they receive their money.
