Best service and experience, very quick and good price. Sam was very nice and helpful with my questions and they have everything, my phone looks brand new, very happy with the result.

Absolute worst. I was given an hour estimate that turned into almost 3 hours due to issues with parts. Steven offered to give me half price for a screen protector installation for the inconvenience, cool. I finally show up cause it's ready and he's like sorry the box of screen protectors was empty. Okay, then I go to light up my phone, and it's somebody else's "board. " At this point I am already frustrated because this transaction should not have been this complicated. I asked Steven how this stuff happens if it's my phone and he tells me "it's not that big of a deal. " If you value your privacy or are concerned at all with what you put money into please don't give them yours.

My Moto G Power phone had a cracked LCD screen after dropping it. He replaced it in a few hours after confirming he had an OEM replacement in stock. The price was the same as other places I called but they wanted a few extra days to order the part. Since he had it in stock I went with him and two hours later everything was good to go. Excellent. I will keep this place in mind if I ever need another repair done.

Extremely pleased with this service. After my phone got broken (cracked screen), in a matter of minutes it was collected, then fixed and couriered back to me at the office. It was painless and fast, and the communications were great end-to-end. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This place has customer service as it’s main priority. I came in with a phone that had dirty charging port. The clerk was extremely helpful, did not try to up salt me and cleaned out the port on the spot. I will definitely come back

These buffoons damaged my new Iphone 12. Lost $1500 for a single bas decision of trusting these guys. They may be noobs in phone repair but are veterans in scamming, as refunds don't exist in their dictionary. 1 star for the service, and 5 stars for the hustle

Terrible service. I visited there location this morning to find a sign saying, ”be back in 15 minutes” with a phone # attached. Real professional! Why would I visit a cell phone repair shop and call, when my phone doesn’t work! That is just pathetic. Never visiting this shop again.
