Their recent business practice is quite deceiving. A sales person lady called and told me I am qualified for a new Xfinity Internet service contract. I agreed and gave all detailed data, including credit card info. After that, she told me "Oh currently we don't sell Internet service alone. You need to bundle it with xyz service for 3 months ($90+) or abc set-top box ($179). ". This is similar to the notorious "bait and switch" trick.
