Micaela Raya Is a great employee, not only did she take care of me right away she did it with the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. She was very helpful and fixed a mistake that I didn’t even go in there for, I really appreciate that. She was patient and had a good listening ear. Guy was nice, but super long line. Felt like I was at the DMV. Left an hour, came back, we only moved up 4 spots from 11th.
Showed up to get new phones and we waited for an hour and a half. Couldn't get the phones and the manager was rude when we wanted to talk to her. Needless to say, we walked out and will be going to a different AT&T store. My advice is do not go into any AT&T at 7: 30 at night

Walked in and immediately greeted by Felix who was exceedingly helpful. Actually counselled me to not change to a new plan as it would cost more. Looking at the LG Stylo 4+ and Felix asked another associate to allow me to investigate hers. No pressure, great service. Thank you AT&T and Felix!

Sat in this store for over an hour (not at a busy hour) just wanting to know if they had a certain phone COLOR. Also called the store while being inside, was told to hold for a moment and the worker helped someone else.
Had a great experience getting my new phone it was fast and friendly. The manager Ali and the sales associate Jose went above and beyond to get me the best deal. I got a Samsung Galaxy note 9
Long wait for help and they are limited when it comes to helping existing customers. Service is strictly geared towards purchases and upgrades.
Jose was very helpful got me my new I phone.very happy with it every body that worked in there was asking if we needed help smiles recommend this place to everybody.
Phones were not setup correctly, had to call AT&T and have a representative complete the setup correctly so that my other phone would start receiving signal.
I walked right in, was not greeted, looked around for a couple of minutes then walked straight out without being talked too. Now I'm really going to change my service after 15+ years!
Long wait in the hour before lunch, but staff is on top of things and knows how to get things done. Porting over a number too Les than 20 minutes, I appreciate that everything went smoothly.
