17My customer service experience was beyond exceeded when I was helped by Aide. I asked her to get me a watch for my new job and she did that perfectly! It was like a DREAM, I was in and out. I have been to many AT&T stores and treated like another number but working with Aide was something special.
I’ve had Xfinity and Cricket for internet/cell service. Never going back to either! Our AT&T salesman CJ exceeded expectations and made our store visit absolutely seamless. He answered all of our questions with a smile, clearly walked us through our available options, and was a pleasure to work with. Our new phones were working before we left the store and internet came just two days later. Thank you so much! 10/10.
Ari at the store have been a huge help with all my questions and concerns. He understood my choices and preference, not trying to oversell you stuff but still a great salesman! Great customer service. Keep it up, man! Appreciate the help today!
Best experience ever. Salena was my person and she was amazing very patient and understanding of my wants and needs. She didn’t try to talk me into anything very lovely and sincere. Staff is great, very friendly and no wait.the only issue i have is, i bought a watch and was told that i do not need the activation card, which is completely wrong. I cannot numbersync my watch without it as i need the QR code on it, which pretty much defeats the purpose of getting it.tried calling the store and nobody ever answers, ever!
Friendly staff, but unfortunately they need better training to deal with more challenging situations, head manager Pedro did not get involved or return my phone calls.
Purchased iPhone and received one free, because we opened a new line. A month later we received an outrageous bill for BOTH phones! We went back to the store and spent almost 2 hrs there to be told that the salesman made a mistake when we purchased the phone, and in order to fix the problem we had to RETURN with both phones and start over with another set of phones. It meant canceling our new line and getting another new number. The day we returned, we forgot to take one of the headsets that came with first set of phones so were we told they would have to charge us $30.00 for the extra pair that came in the box. I spoke with 2 managers, Willy, and Juan but as of today Pedro the main manager has not returned my call.
That's the people I deal with so I'm okay so far my contract's up maybe they can do better we'll check check it out

AT&T has really gone downhill. Going there is worse than going to the DMV! The wait time to get help from a representative is outrageous! Than, after waiting at least an hour to get help, the representative's knowledge of their services and products is minimal at best! They have to keep "checking" with their supervisor! Things have gotten so complicated. Even upgrading or pre-ordering is a hassle. If you do have to go into an AT&T for any reason, be prepared to be there for several hours!
I want to give the staff of this att store some praise I went in the store in a very bad mood. They were very professional and understanding I left a happy customer and that wasn't easy to do. Their management should be very proud of them

They Gave Me The Run Around.
I Placed A Online Order And They Charged My Card But My Phones Were Not Ready
Horrible! Ordered a phone.did not work, but was charged a “restocking fee” anyway. Ordered another phone.received the wrong color and to top it off, they could not figure out how to fix my account to get me the correct one. 2 hours later I am still waiting. It’s a comedy of errors and no one will take responsibility for it.
I was excellent i went just to pay my home phone and internet bill and ended up getting Uverse also thanks to your great sales Rep Maudie she proceeded everything and I was extremely happy with the results.
Helpful and friendly staff. The issue will take 48 hours to resolve, however the person that provided assistance, exhausted all options to resolve the issue.
