13I was worried about my parents going into a cell phone store on their own. I live out town and couldn’t go with them. My parents called me while at the store and I had the opportunity to speak the representative and he explained everything to me. I would give 10 stars

To process my return “ I had drive back to Victorville to “ return my device” I wasn’t able to use because o wasn’t catching service! Worst corporate store ever! I was told by customer service I was able to process my return at any store with no issues they just don’t want to help! No stars!

One of the girls there helped me order an iPhone; it was on Sunday afternoon. She was so careless; she didn't even check back the order with me before she requests it. And it ends up the wrong iPhone model! I'm not happy with her carelessness.
Had to wait fora little while, but once the AT&T rep stated working with me things went well and my issue was rectified quickly. Dominique had great customer service skills.
Took forever. I was there for a good 15 min some guy walked in sat down for 5 min and they helped him first. Complete waist of time! Very unprofessional
Seriously quick visit. Picked up a sim card and we were in and out in less than 15mins. Last visit took 45mins to add 2 new phone lines.
