Maybe I was lucky enough to get the service what I need it promptly but nothing more than what I need exactly after understand pursue with his professional knowledge got it done within 10~15 minutes activate a new cell phone line with new SIM card I was so please and appreciate it
Long waiting time, without even a numbering system to show whose next, almost 1 hour waiting man. I saw 2 leave after waiting for a while. The staff new their stuff and are actually very helpful once serving a customer but seemed nonchalant about other customers waiting. I suggest a wait list with a reason for a visit and some magazines or lounge to wait from. I just needed a new SIM so I waited as I can't use my phone then. If I was interested in a phone I would easily have gone online or went to Walmart nearby.
This is my favorite att store, very honest and transparent, the manager always helps me out however his employees are just as friendly and knowledgeable. I pass by almost 10 AT&T stores on my way to the palm location, but it doesn’t matter because I know I’ll get what I need with Ramiro.
Although the representative was very attentive this store is an authorized dealer. What they can do is very limited and you will be referred to the corporate store in the mall.
This is the best place to kill time for example need a lonely time away from your spouse.while waiting for your turn to be help.
