AT&T Store, Oakland CA

John is absolutely amazing! Will be returning because of his great attention to service and detail.

I went in to the ATT store to resolve a billing dispute I wasn’t having luck resolving over the phone. Matthew gave exceptional, above and beyond customer service. He was patient, professional, and courteous. ATT has been charging me for a service I discontinued two years ago. If the company had as much integrity as Matthew, I’d still carry att.
Weeks after writing the above review: while employee Matt was fine, ATT is still the worst, most dishonest company you could find, and still owes me over $1000.

Had a bad experience at Att store. Rep called me after and said for the inconvenience they would give a me a $50 credit. Didn't receive that either. Makes me want to jump to a different carrier.

If you have time to kill AT&T is your kind of store. The sales person was helpful and knowledgeable but had to wait a long time for the systems to process your order. This simple order took a lot of intervention to get through the AT&T systems. I spent about 30 to 45 minutes in the store just to do a simple order.

Matthew is amazing! So personable, honest, and friendly. Everything you want. I am a very happy and satisfied customer)

Went to cancel my deceased brother's account. John, the customer rep who helped me, patiently spent 45 mins on the phone to the corporate (?) office, being routed to different people as if no one knows how to cancel an account. Imagine if I had had to do it myself? ! From pieces of conversation I overheard, the employees at this store were all very courteous and patient to the customers. Good job, John, and the rest of the team!

I was upset and a little frustrated that I was in a hurry and I didn't like the wait time. But the young man was giving me a great deal. I just couldn't see it. He stayed professional the whole time, even to the end, and I thanked him for that and apologized for my behavior (looking frustrated).

I went in to trade in my iphones and left with 2 apple watches and a great trade in. Very satisfied sith my man John from At&t

The woman who helped me at the Lakeshore ATT in Oakland was so helpful, kind, professional, and resolved my complicated phone situation. She was resourceful, and figured out a way to get me the plan and phone right for me. 10 stars! Give her a raise! Wish I would’ve gotten her name! The blonde with blue eyes. Give this lady a raise. Rare to find great customer service these days!

Daniel Was very courteous and explained everything very clearly to me. He told me all of the options available and let me make my own choice. He also took the time to show me around the store but kindly remind me that they do not prefer people to touch things at this time period he processed my request quickly and efficiently without any confusion. Very customer service and friendly was also training someone at the time who did a good job in learning!
