Paula went above and beyond for someone who is not technically knowledgeable she was understanding she compassionate. Above all she was extremely professional you are very fortunate AT&T to have her on your staff I recommend she get a huge bonus a huge raise and a promotion your humble customer for many many years now thank you

There was a technician -Eve I worked with, I believe she transfer from Culver City store. She was so patience and friendly with me and so efficient and knowledgeable.
Even though the store was short staff obviously. But it made the whole experience really good. If I need to go back to the same store I would like to work with her again.

Brought my mother here for a new phone and received SUPERB service from James, Justin, and Dante. Not only did they help with the phone, but they helped with our tv service as well. AT&T call centers could take a page out of their book on excellent customer service. Thank you, gentlemen!

I went to this store (after getting advice from AT&T in Santa Monica) to try and get a new SIM card. JUSTIN was the rudest individual I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He had a bad attitude as soon as we walked in and was not willing to help us because I’m just “going to come back and complain” - ridiculous! Complete waste of my time

Iphone ended up in washer right before i was leaving the country. Marina at AT&T on Beverly helped me with everything and got me set up with a new iphone and all accessories, settings etc on my phone in less than an hour!
