AT&T Store, Chula Vista CA

We really liked the experience we had today at the Broadway store located in the Chula Vista mall. Their bilingual staff is very professional and courteous. We scheduled an appointment and they totally respected our time. As soon as I get there, Norma G was more than ready to listen to my concerns and happy to assist us. She explained everything with all details and took her time to go over my account and the billing information. Their bilingual manager, Itza, was polite and extremely helpful. I strongly recommend to reach out to them if you really want a great customer service experience.

I went to AT&T to transfer from a business account to a personal account. Vanessa was EXCELLENT! Patient, persistent in resolving challenges and Professional! She was the deciding factor for staying with AT&T.

Esmeralda and Vanessa! These girls are amazing! I would honestly give them 10 stars instead of 5! My account was a headache from hell! I wanted to upgrade my phone because it said I was eligible, once they pulled it up, it said it wasn’t! So Vanessa helped Esmeralda out. They didn’t give up, both of them worked their butts off and they did it! While the process was going they wanted me to feel comfortable we had great conversations about the holidays and our families! Special girls I must say! This location will forever be my go to AT&T store! Thanks ladies for the help!

AT&T created (in store) a problem with billing payment with no solution. Manager Jorge indicated it was a billing issue & CALL! He was dismissive & there was no purpose for his position in this matter. Very disappointed & upset

I went to repair my phone and their Repair Tech Sonia was very helpful I highly recommend her. I ended up adding an IPad Pro to my account and Cesar did an excellent job in explaining the details and setting up my IPad. If you need any service repairs or buying/ adding I recommend them both

Vivi was excellent at AT&T in Chula Vista Shopping Center. I couldn’t have been happier and so glad she was the one that assisted my wife and I. Her explanations of all the plans were so clear and precise. She delivered customer service with a smile. Thanks Vivi!

I went into the ATT store due to some billing questions and issues. Karen assisted me. She was friendly, professional and very helpful. She answered all my questions reference my bill and put me in contact with their billing department to get some credits on my account due to issues on the account when it was set up by another employee. Karen also fixed the issues on the account from initial set up. Thank you Karen for your assistance.

Jesus was such a great person to work with on updating our phones and service plans! Not only did he help us pick the right phones for each person's life, he assisted us with shifting one line from an original plan to another existing one. He was patient & very kind with my 70+ year old mom's many questions. Great representative for the company!
