All the associates working 430pm onwards on 4/3 were amazing. I've heard all of their interactions with the different customers that came before us and they handled each situation with care and professionalism. When our turn came, Maria, the associate who assisted us handled our concern diligently and thoroughly. She was calm and friendly and explained the situation and next steps well. This was a great experience for us and it was also amazing to see the other customers who we saw from the store inside the Cerritos mall (who like us were redirected to this branch after the lady there only spent about 5 mins with each of us) get the help they were looking for and leave this branch smiling (Raphael - the manager - was the one who assisted them). Raphael would also check in on his associates and see how they and the situation they're handling are doing.they have a great team and system going on in this specific! They're great! Thank you Maria and Raphael.

Came in very upset but received wonderful help from Maria. Quickly solved my problem and was also assisted by the manager mitchell. Both ladies were extremely helpful. And thank you for wiping the tables between customers. Hate that many places no longer care about Covid cleaning, glad to see it here

OMG I love love love Maria. I walked in optimistic yet nervous of overpriced items that I wanted. I had an old iPhone 10sx Max and an 3 series Apple Watch. Totally outdated lol. I left not only with a new iphone13pro Max, 7 series Apple Watch, AND I paid not even half of what I was expecting. Her customer service was so pleasant and patient and she made sure I left an extremely HAPPY customer! Thank you Maria

Employee Claudia helped me out with my broken phone claim and helped me get a new phone. She was very professional and personable. She made my visit to her store great!

My dad and I upgraded our phone plan, traded in for a new phone and an Apple Watch with the amazing help from Claudia. She treated us with exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for us and got us amazing deals to where were able to make huge upgrades and barely pay extra monthly! She made my dad feel really comfortable by taking time to explain things to him in Spanish. I highly recommend this store, Claudia was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. My family and I will definitely be returning to this location should we ever need anything else:)

I went to AT&T store on South St. Cerritos Ca. Giovanni was very helpful and kind to assist me with my problem regarding my credit issue. He even called AT&T customer service and patiently waited for an Associate to resolve the problem. Thank you so much Gio for your awesome and good customer service!

I recently went to get some questions on my bill and Jasmine was absolutely positively the MOST helpful worker I've ever encountered. Whenever I asked a dumb question (in my book) she didn't make me feel insecure about my knowledge and proceeded to walk me through everything and was overall a great employee. Give her a raise.

Fast & courteous service from Jasmine,
Came to what I thought at first was a T-Mobile store to fix my phone but it was an AT&T store actually
So she looked over my bill with T-Mobile and actually was able to switch me over that day and save me more than what I pay with T-Mobile
Definitely will refer my friends to this store

I want to commend Jasmine for an excellent quality customer service. I was greeted with a warm welcome today, which made me feel much more comfortable doing business with AT&T. I came in last month to buy a new device for me and my wife, Giovanni was able to assist me in transferring all our things over to our new devices and has been really helpful even the month following the sale! Great store I will be back
