Has great service not too fond of AT&t the prices some are reasonable some aren't I just would like to go with something different like Verizon

Just needed to transfer a phone line and upgrade a phone. After we couldn't transfer the phone line (not the associates fault), we wanted to do the upgrade. Was told that we couldn't upgrade because the phone line was flagged for fraud. We called customer support and they didn't see anything fraud related or any reason why we couldn't do the upgrade. At this point, we were already on day 2 of trying to do what we thought was a simple request and had spent 4+ hours trying to do this. Went to a different location and was told that there was nothing in the notes stating any type of fraud and that the other associate most likely didn't want to help us. We weren't being difficult, rude or impatient, so I don't understand why we would have been brushed off like that. Guess we just won't go back to that location.

Although we waited awhile, we did receive great service from Pete. We were having trouble with it and he gave us a new Sims card as the old one had malware on it. Thanks for great service!

Great recommendation to this store. We came from a short trip in Sonoma, and my phone wasn't working. We decided to stop by in Manteca At&t branch to see if they can help us out. They helped us out esp the asst Mngr Shimon Malakha, who went above and beyond. He took his time to fix the issue. He is very approachable as well. Just very satisfied for the great service.

The AT&T store in Manteca is great! Every time I go there, my service is fast and courteous and I’ve never had to spend more than 30 minutes inside the store from walking on until walking out.

Our experience was outstanding. The young man that helped us had answers for all of our questions. He moved things along quickly but making sure we understood all our new devices. It was a enlightening experience.

Hello it took 30+ minutes for a representative to assist me. And then after being assisted it took hours for my new phone and my old phone to sync I got there at 10: 30 AM and didn't leave until 2: 45 PM the only reason I am saying that I am neutral in my satisfaction is because of how pleasant the staff was I also had my four-month-old son my three-year-old son and my seven-year-old daughter with me. And the staff did wonderful with how inpatient my children were

Today I went to At&t my phone was not working for me at all I fell asleep and woke up hearing this weired talking it was my phone I somehow activated this service for the blind or deaf mode but anyway it was a good time to go no waiting and the staff was pleasant I'd go back again.

This evening I went to the AT&T store near Daniel's in Manteca.
As soon as I walked through the door I was quickly taken care of.
The associate Justin was able to direct me toward the new Galaxy S22.
Not only was he able to help me easily transfer my files and import tent contacts and photos but he also helped me with Picking out an Otterbox to protect it as well as a screen saver.
Overall I'm very satisfied with the my experience.

Very helpful staff. Helped me set up my new iPhone quickly and even helped me with finding a sturdy case and good screen protector since I am someone who drops my phone a lot. Would recommend AT&T to everyone.

Jacob was the employee who helped me on my recent (s) visits to AT&T. Not only did he answer my questions and help me navigate the world of technology, but he followed up with a phone call to see if I had any other questions or concerns. Jacob is professional, knowledgeable and down to earth which makes you feel at ease and confident you are being well taken care of. Jacob is the type of employee all employees should strive to be.

I been getting disappointed with ATT lately, I went with Veronica to do 4 upgrades on my account with the trade in promotion. Veronica very kind and did good with what I wanted. However, there was a few things she needed to clarify and assistance on and asked her manager maggy with. I went back to the store with my phones transferred transfer and just needed help with activation and my trade ins. This is where the problem comes in, I was misinform by maggy that I would get 3 trade ins in 1000 and 1 in 800 and it’s the opposite it’s all 800 because of the iPhone model and the damage to one. I was misinformed and also none of my phones. Veronica and maggy mentioned I can always add the att next within 14 days, but lady that helped me was very nice and optimistic and would call her back end and unfortunately I would have to wait for a call because she did a case number and it can’t be done with her because the type of billing I have. Att has been giving me wrong information and I can’t even get with what i want.now Im stuck with 55.00 restocking fee. ATT educate your management.
