AT&T Store, Venice CA

Thanx Justin, for your patience with the tech issue that COULD NOT be solved over the phone with AT&T tech service. Had I not come into this authorized retail store, I would be insane. This now customer service should be.simply solving the issue calmly.

My Girlfriend and I Had a Wonderful Experience, Omar was always Very Polite as Soon as I came in Greeted Us and Made Us feel Right at Home! Came in with issues on my phone and was really stressed out. I really have had a lot of bad experiences with a lot of sales reps from other stores, but thankfully Justin helped me with a couple of issues that I had. Justin at this location was absolutely fantastic! I had wanted to change my number for a while, but didn’t have any luck in my last attempt. Justin spent the time with us and managed to work it out for us, even if it took a while he was patient and helpful!

Not from the location but since I was there I stopped by to get a charger and Sefora was such a kind sweet girl she literally went above and beyond by pulling my account and telling me about promotions and went over my bill. This store was very welcoming. Wish this store was at my location!

After my phone was lost/stolen and I was out of town for work Justin & Sefora went above and beyond to help me replace my phone and file my claim. They found what was the best deal and even managed to get my rates down.
I was extremely out of luck but since their help everything went back to normal. Thank you guys for dealing with such an uncommon situation.

I had the most amazing customer service with Justin this week. He helped me return a phone, which allowed me to purchase my new one. He was patient and very knowledgeable about how to make the process work smoothly. It is refreshing to find someone who shows kindness these days.

I stopped in at the Venice store where I was welcomed with great customer service by a young lady named Sefora she answered all my questions with great expertise and patience then helped me with an upgrade. I will definitely return there for any future purchases.

Omar and the rest of the employees in this location are so knowledgeable and friendly, it’s unreal! You may have to wait a little but it’s worth it if you need the help of a human in this tech world
