Okay I’m really satisfied the way Amber handle my iPhone 13 pro max from accessories to trade in my iPhone X i couldn’t ask for more thank you Amber!

I had Celine help me she was very sweet and friendly. Also, very helpful! All the questions I had she’s answered with knowledge. I definitely recommend having her help you.

Sergio and Johnny were very helpful and friendly. Took care of us and explained everything in detail and was easy to understand. High marks for these two gentlemen.

I've been with AT&T for many years and this was by far the best experience I have had. Stephanie our customer service was exceptionally helpful and resolved every issues we had. She was incredibly knowledgeable, very professional, and very pleasant to deal with. She took the time to explain every details, and to educated us to the best of her knowledge.

So I went in to upgrade my IPhone 7 and was met by a charming and extremely knowledgeable young man, Ben, who was beyond helpful! He didn’t try to sell me, just offered the best deal possible, explained all my options and I left after purchasing the latest iPhone—I received a great deal. I highly recommend this store, and especially Ben. Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly, a tríela enjoyable experience.

Emery at AT&T, in Thousand Oaks was very helpful and kind, in getting in with a new phone when my.iPhone 10 took a dump.

Got everything I needed dealt with! Amber was wonderful and very attentive to not only me but other customers as they came in as well. Give this girl a raise for real!

Emery was wonderful, solved an important problem for me (pairing my hearing aids). He also assisted me in changing passwords. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about my issues.
