AT&T Store, Panorama City CA

I came to the AT&T store in panorama city Carmen and Nathalie, were the most helpful and most amazing representatives that I could come across. I came in and Carmen greet me super enthusiastic and started listening to my issue and right away she helped and guided me right away. Thank you for your amazing help and helping me get the headphones I needed.

I was not able to get an account and I think they could have done better. Great location. Front doors do not work at the time I used them.

Well I lost my phone two days ago and I went to the Apple store and buy a new phone and unfortunately I couldn’t login and then I went to the AT&T store on Roscoe and associate my Matt Be able to help me out
Can you help me out to login restart my passwords get my new Pro Max 13 iPhone ready to roll I got some other things like a otherbox case and a protection shield the Matt be able to do it for me I love his performance he looks like he loves his job and he loves to take care of people and make them happy like he did to me, thank you matt! For your help and keep it up your great attitude you Great passion and of course great performance to take care of customer service

Matthew is amazing and honestly he turned my experience around from bad to very good. When I got to the store I wasn't greeted, and had to wait 6-7 minutes before walking to someone and asking for help. I was told someone would get to me to put my name on the list, however there was no follow up. There was a family that walked in after me and they were not only immediately greeted, but there names were taken on the wait list before mines so I had to politely interject to let the person know (who was Matt btw) that I was here first and had no one assist or help me. He went into "customer first mentality " and not apologized, but put my name ahead of the party he was inputting AND he took me for priority because of the service I received. I thank you Matt for that, and everything else was just like butter on a hot piece of bread

They were by far the friendliest store I had been to. As soon as I entered I was greeted and it didn't even matter that I had an appointment, I was attended right away by Albert. He was very kind and knowledgeable, never tried to force anything on me, he patiently helped me set up my new phones and transfer all my information over and tried getting me the best deals.

Waited 30 mins before i was acknowledged and then waited another 10 just to be told the phone i wanted was out of stock. A notice that a phone is out of stock would be nice and save a lot of frustration and time.

The girls that helped were very thorough and saved me money. I came in for an IPhone upgrade and walked out advised my bill will be slightly less than my current bill. Can't beat that. Thank you!

My mom and I had a great experience with William G.who went above and beyond to help us out with my moms phone. He showed wonderful customer service by being knowledgeable about this issues that were going on with the phone. He was extremely helpful with explaining what needed to be done, and was very kind! We had been to two other AT&T stores and they did not help us, because of lack of WiFi, and the other having issues with products/computers not working. Finally we had an amazing experience at this corporate location with an extremely wonderful staff member, William G.who helped us correct the problem and got her phone working! Please acknowledge him for providing us with amazing customer service.

I had a wonderful experience. The person who helped me was friendly and was able to answer all my questions. I’ve been visiting this store ever since.

Lied about trade in value of an old phone in order to get us to buy a new phone. I said we didn’t want a higher payment but convinced us our monthly payment wouldn’t change with the trade in of old phone. Gave them my old phone and never received any type of compensation towards the bill or new phone cost. Every time we call they transfer and then hang up. Why would I give them my old phone for free? I could’ve just kept it and not have my bill doubled. Added a bunch of insurances as well that I did not consent to. When I called to remove them I also kept getting transferred and hung up on. Absolute scam.

I am so grateful for your kindness and helpfulness. I originally went to the burbank location and they were not helpful and said they couldn't help me. I decided to go to this location and I'm so glad i did! Cindy and all the staff there were so kind and helpful. Cindy went above and beyond for me. I had a horrible day and horrible experience at burbank location, but Cindy's kindness really made my day. I'll be coming back to this location from now on. It's far from me, but worth it. Cindy's coworker, a woman, I'm not sure of her name, but she was so good with my daughter's. She kept them busy and turned in disney them to watch while Cindy assisted me. We need more people like them. I'm really grateful for them. I'll be returning to this location. Thank you, ladies!

He is super friendly and went above and beyond with his customer service. Thank you William for helping us out and provinding us with the best Customer Service. Am leaving home with a new phone.
