7Incompetent. Giovanni sold me a prepaid SIM knowing it wouldn't work with my European Android mobile. When I asked for help he refused to do anything because it's not his job. Absolutely useless

I spoke to Angela over phone she was amazing and accommodating in every way.
She helped me get the quotes necessary for a new phone while also troubleshooting my own. Furthermore she made me feel very comfortable and was greatly informed & very patient with me for some critical decision making.
