I went in to get an upgrade and was told that if I switched to unlimited that I would still be paying about the same price monthly. A few days after, I get an email saying my projected bill would be $200 more than it used to be, not only that, I was enrolled in an early trade in program for $6 more a month, something I wasn't told about. I had to call ATT to get my plan changed back.
I will definitely not be coming back here for service.

The AT&T employee is very patient and professional. He helped me get three SIM cards and put into phone devices one by one. He is quite experienced and completed the process very efficiently. The service level is very satisfactory. The store environment is very spacious and quiet. It is highly recommended

Robert is so helpful and so great in getting us the best possible customer service that’s just what we needed. He’s friendly too that makes us feel more comfortable securing the best deal for us. My husband and I will surely be repeat customers in Stoneridge Pleasanton. What a pleasant experience and a great upgrade. Thank you Robert!

Omg don’t know where to begin! Cameron or someone with similar name was the most rude and unprofessional rep I have ever had a chance to meet. He was just making stuff up and had the audacity to make up things like “ oh I m pretty sure there is fraud happening’ even though I was with customer care and they were exactly guiding on the next steps to resolve the issue. I must say most other reps were pretty good. Also the dude was so much into games and was behaving as if he was in his living room watching games.

The representative was courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. I drove from Livermore to get this amazing service. I was unable obtain that at the Las Positas store in my hometown.

I had tried for 2 hours through chat online, but was unable to resolve my issue-I simply wanted to pay off the device balance (originally $899.00). I have no idea why AT&T makes it so difficult.

So, I decided to try my luck at the store. I made an online appointment and arrived at the time slotted, and the Customer Service individual indicated, "no problem. " It was resolved in less than 5 minutes.

Before I left I told him of this story of a wold famous footballer from Sudan who carried a phone with a cracked screen (mine is too). Someone on social media noticed this and commented. His reply, "I help my people back home. " He went on to explain how he had no shoes, had to walk for water, etc. Whatever he could do to lessen their hardship was more important than a new phone. As if the phone were a constant reminder to help others. My hero!

Did the person even listen to the story? No, because he tried to encourage me to turn in my phone (get an $800 credit-which I have already paid). But, the phone would cost me another $400.on a monthly plan of $15 a month. That is not economic sense, since I just paid off my phone-why I was in there. Health care costs are why I will not purchase another phone. Duh!

The sales rep was great. Professional, yet friendly. Knew the product line, explained everything, best experience I've ever had when buying an iPhone and up-grading my account. He had my concerns at heart, led me to the accessories I needed.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen
It was hilarious. So I ended up walking out and went down the road to Xfinity/Comcast and bingo now I'm all hook up with out a problem. Don't mean to harsh At&t but I callthem how I see them

Pretty much we went in and the guy told me that we had to get authorized by my mom to be able to pick up the phone. While she called the number for like 2minutes the guy walks away and helps some other people for 30mins. Afterwards he disconnects my phone and does a bunch of weird stuff without telling me and my phone has no service. He walks away and says he can't fix it anymore but can switch my data after a hour. I tell him why didn't he say anything at all about what he was doing and did he expect me to walk out without service on my phone? I transfer sim cards to fix it

I am customer who has service with AT&T. I made 2 purchases and the company charged me for activation fee when I already have the service and items activated. The company did not remove the activation fee, when I purchased over 1300 dollars of items. I was asked to buy extra to be credited the amount of the activated fee, that didn’t make an sense as all.

I was helped by Belal, he was very knowledgeable and made this process very easy with me. I wish all sales associates were like him. I’ve had many bad experiences in the past, this was as painless as you can imagine. I wish nothing but the best for this young man and he deserves a raise immediately.

Brittany the girl who helped me it’s awesome! I just buy a new iPhone from Apple store and walked across to get a phone case and screen protector at ATandT. She helped me transferred the old phone data, put my screen protector and put my sims card and put my new phone case. Everything all at once! Very happy with her service! 5 stars 5 stars!

Excellent customer service! Monique is the best! She helped me get the best cellphone for my needs and she was just a very happy, kind and a knowledgeable ATT Manager. I am super excited to get my phone when I needed it and to start doing working on my new IPhone 13 Pro Max. Stay blessed girlie and you are awesome!

Raheem helped me today and he gave me the best customer service I have received at any store in the past few years. I am not very tech savvy and he went way out of his way to patiently explain all the features of the new iPhones to me. I feel incredibly lucky that I happened into this store and that Raheem asked me if I needed help. I will be an AT&T customer for many many more years thanks to Raheem. He was professional, polite, patient, and just a genuinely nice person. I wish all my interactions in retail could be this smooth and pleasant.
