I was trying contact with many representatives on the phone and it was horrible service.
Michael at Hopyard store helped me out perfectly.

Kevin was very helpful from the moment we walked in. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy once we left. Would 100% recommend this branch to anyone looking for help!

Been to this store a couple of times and got my queries clarified and resolved to my satisfaction and understanding. Overall very friendly and helpful staff. Special shout-outs to Kevin, who talks very pleasantly and has this "that can be done" attitude. I am going back there again for sure.

Visited store today, to purchase prepaid sim card.
I was over charged by $20 in the name of Activation fee + Donation.
I purchased $30 ATT prepaid plan with 5GB of data as on Sept 23,2022.
Their receipt provided says they have charged $15 for Activation Fee (Item ID: 7134A) + $5 donation (Item ID: 7218A).
When I called ATT customer service for the explanation I was told that they are seeing only $30 charged for the plan.
For the $5 Donation I was told that it is charged by ATT in lieu of SIM fee.
I wish there is negative 5 star option for place like this.
So over all a kind rip off customer experience.

Jade and Fabiola were AMAZING. Never expected to have such a positive experience. They went above and beyond to explain all my options. They called a local phone repair shop for me so I could get the maximum refund for my used phone. Really appreciated both of their help!

The service we received at this location was exceptional. We were there for hours and ran into some issues trying to transfer our service to AT&T.
Everybody was so patient and they took very good care of us.
Huge shout out to Kevin the manager who went out of his way to give us two loaner phones after we found out that we were not able to use our own phones after the transfer.
I highly recommend this location.
They have a great team working there.

Make sure to accurately be aware of its individual/shared data plans before visiting or being on contract. Difficult to terminate or change on post-paid plans. AT&T is a large company so it's good to know which product you are trying to make use of.

I love this place. Great, helpful and honest sales team. Kevin is my man who helped me make the switch from Verizon to AT&T with a great deal. If I have a question, they help me. Need something, they help me. Need a better deal, they help me. Highly recommend THIS location!

Reason for one star, AT&T customer service is the worst. The young reps are novice and don't know much how to fix or configure Android phones. I have been with AT&T for last 20 years and the company has deteriorated in their Customer Service.
The attitude of these people is: you are a at&t customer now, buy it or go to hell. Therefore you are stuck with the plan and have to pay dearly to upgrade any hardware.

Just to buy a phone I had to go to 4 stores, and alas order it online. I am still waiting to receive a phone by mail.

I can't say for other provider, pray that they don't treat customers like at&t does.

Lastly: all at&t advertising is fake and glossy.

Hope other at&t customers comment about their experiences.

Before purchasing lines, the employees were friendly and provided all the info.
I was supposed to get some rebate after first billing cycle. Getting that was not easy.
First of all when I went to store for getting rebate, they acted as if we are some unwanted guests in there home. Super mean staff.
Plus I was looking to upgrade to iPhone, they were not interested. This store is filled with some lazy people who don't want to work.

We were served by Micheal, who went above and beyond to help us switch to At&t and get new phones. His mannerism and customer service was extra ordinary. The atmosphere in the store was very welcoming and all the other reps were very courteous as well. We came home happy
