I was extremely satisfied with the services provided by the sales rep who attended to me, during my visit to get get a replacement sim card for my 2nd cellular phones. Overall, extremely impressed by the quality of services provided to customers.

After extended trials through phone and DIY attempts, it was truly refreshing to have in-person assistance in resolving the problem. We are truly grateful for their support and the phone rep that made the recommendation.

Ordered the new iPhone 14 for my daughter and I had some issues connecting it, had to go to the apple store twice and both time they kept telling me it’s the phone and to go back to AT&T - so we did and thank you Paola she gave us the best service and actually foxed the issue

This is my second encounter with Jorge. He is absolutely one of the best AT&T store employees I’ve encountered in my over 40 years of having AT&T as my phone company (land as well as mobile)! He is extremely knowledgeable, bright, friendly, efficient & professional at all times. This particular time he took the time to investigate & saved me from purchasing a new iPad when I had no idea I was covered by insurance. He was so helpful & even tried to see if he could see what might be wrong with my iPad. Last time he helped me at up my new iPhone 13 pro. Being a nearly 72 year old retired executive director, I need all the help I can get for these things! He’s also very patient & understanding & at no time did I feel pressured to hurry up or to purchase as I have at sometime in the past. He is an outstanding representative of AT&T who could train others in customer service.

Beyond impressed with the customer service and patience that Arturo & Mike provided for me. I don’t usually go out of my way to write a review whether positive or negative, but when you get treated with the quality of professionalism that I received it is only fair. This will be my Go To location moving forward. Thank you Eastlake ATT for the phenomenal service. Truly appreciated.

Walked in looking to purchase a new phone. I was approached as soon as I walked in. In less than an hour, I had the phone I wanted with all my info transferred and ready to use. Happy customer.

This Eastlake store and AT&T is the worst. I would've given them no star but a min of 1. I signed up with a promo and promised me of $200 in reward card and $100 credit but i got zero. These people in Eastlake store including a female who claims to be assistant superviser and their customer service are the worst. Plus they started charging me more than what I signed for. Wasted a lot of time on the phone and driving to this store and couldn't get their acts together. It was a nightmare! I would never recommend AT&T!

The customer service is great at the Eastlake location in Chula Vista. The employee who helped me was friendly and assisted me in returning some earbuds. He was patience and did not give up until my issue was resolved. Thank you!
