I went to the AT&T store in Richmond California on McDonald Avenue they were not able to help me activate my new apple 14 phone on my prepaid account because they’re holding us hostages and I was trying to transition into a yearly contract but I
Had a very difficult time there
I spent two hours yesterday and I spent another two hours today
Just to finally ending up keeping my prepaid account and just add a line was a big headache and a hassle
don’t recommend AT&T I’m going to look for an alternative perhaps Verizon?
No one in the store knows what they're talking about the manager is super rude they're making AT&T have a bad rap. I really do think corporate needs to look into this store and what they have gone on over there I think they're stealing internally
Worst experience ever waited a hour to get a pro max and they said they had some when I called and when I came in store so there lying, guy with neck tattoo was rude and a liar
Luis was great he solved my problem with my I watch. Had patience to help me and that was a five star I really appreciated it I would definitely go back to up grade or buy products from him.all the employees were so helpful much better crew really happy with this Store 10/13/22.
I needed help on restoring an older phone for use on traveling outside country and Juan C.store team member helped me with this task. He is very knowledgeable and patience with customer’s need. I noticed this while I was waiting for my turn with him, on another customer. He was able to resolve her problem as well. Thank you Juan.

My fiancé and I were immediately helped by Cindy to open two new phone lines. She was very informative and gave us deals, that we had no idea were even available. Getting my phone set up was super easy and took less than maybe 30 minutes? My fiancé’s was a little more time consuming, they had run into some complications but Cindy and her Manager/Coworker Julia did everything they could to get it done as quickly as possible. They kept coming out to check on us and kept us updated. Although I don’t live in the area I would definitely come out that way again for their customer service. I highly recommend this store and ask for Cindy the next time you stop in!
My first visit that afternoon the service was excellent as the team went to work to assist me with an urgent situation. I was unable to stay and finish my transaction due to my limited time. When i returned later that evening, I was fortunate to conclude my business with Julia, who was very professional and genuine in her effort to help. She asked quesrions that help me to see she really wanted to understand my personal needs and went to work offering various until I was satified. She is an excellent manager and awesome representative of the AT&T brand. I would come back for her service. Thanks Julia!

Johnny from the Richmond store on Macdonald is absolutely incredible! He spent hours with me transferring data from my old phone to my new one. We ran into several issues but he figured out how to overcome all obstacles!
Luis Carbaja, was extremely helpful today. I'm not technically savvy on my cell phones. I had no idea how to transfer files to SD card. Luis was very helpful in transferring all my files. This took a lot of his time. A customer he had dealt with in the past was very rude. He kept interrupting and yelling for Luis. Asking if he was going help him. My apologies to Luis for taking such of his time. And I'd like to commend his on such an excellent job he did to help me with my phone situation. Kudos to you Luis Carbajal. Looking forward to coming back for a trade in of my phones. Unfortunately, I'd taking up so much of Luis time. We were not able to proceed. I'll be back. Thank you Luis Carbajal.
I was served the second I open the door, and Maria was amazing. She made it super simple and had great suggestions. Doing everything she could for me to make things more convenient, installing my screen protector and case, as well as a grip/stand that I bought for the phone. She answered every question I asked and never failed to multitask, listening well and expressing herself well. And she didn’t waste words or anyone’s time.
