15Sucked, sat there for almost 3 hrs and the phone had not backed up or updated the data the associate was trying to do! Super huge waste of my time! I had to finish the whole process at home myself️️️️️
I finally got a new phone thanks to Gabriel! Even after the store closed he made sure I’d leave with my new phone and new contract initiated. Long story short, I’ve been running my business on a iPhone 7, and I had it on a prepaid contract for a few years now. I finally came around for an upupUPgrade!
Gabriel is a natural and was determined to solve the situation we were having! Now that’s what I call quality service! I left the store with a smile on my face even after a long process of getting my phone initiated!

First trip extremely rude and then the 2nd time I went I got MS. LATASHA and she was super sweet and actually helpful unlike the previous girl and took care of everything in like 10sec. LOVE HER! She need a raise frfr
Amanda was far and away the best person I have delt with while changing my cell service from Soectrum to AT&T. Actually the first person who took time to go beyond the call of duty to provide the highest possible level of Service. A level which you seldom run across dealing with cell phone companies. AMANDA SHOULD BE REGOGNIZED BY AT&T for her professionalism and rewarded accordingly Thank you

My girfriend and i had the best experience and help with upgrafing our phones that we have ever had anywhere. The employee that helped us was named Juan and he made our questions and concerns less of a headache and simplified it for us so we could easily know what to do and complete our process. I would gladly recommend him to my friends and neighbors. He should get a raise!
I wanted to share my experience because this is the one and only place I would recommend people to go for excellent customer service with dealing with AT&T! Juan has now assisted me with answering lots of questions I’ve had about my Wi-Fi and my phone service. He make sure to take his time when explaining each detail with you so that you understand what certain charges are and exactly why they’re applied to the account. He’s so kind and sweet! He make sure that the customer is happy before they leave the store and never failed to ask if I had any more questions. I’ll be coming back here whenever I need any assistance because I know my questions will be answered and any issues I’m having will be attended to. Thank you so much Juan! ️️️️
We live nearby and have been here many times. Sometimes it was a reasonably pleasant experience, sometimes we left frustrated.
In May 23/22, we walked in to resolve some issues. We were greeted with a big smile from Latasha, who immediately seated us (no waiting), and she resolved our issues in a pleasant and polite manner. She's knowledgeable and probably the most professional person we've ever encountered at this outlet (or any other AT&T outlet).
The only downside is that we were interrupted by a tall, slim, dark haired woman who didn't acknowledge us and butted in 4 times during our conversations, once displacing Latasha from her chair to use her computer.
We were angry and offended. Why couldn't she wait till we were done? What's more important than the customer? Who does she think she is? It was all I could do to hold my tongue.
Latasha was patient and tolerant. Apparently, that woman was her district supervisor. How she rose to that position is beyond us.
Rebecca was very professional, yet warm and welcoming. She was also knowledgeable and helped us get new iPhones.which we love. She is a great asset to the company.
Mike at the Clairemont store was the best. This was quite simply the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had dealing with a cable/internet provider and I’ve been through all of them.
Do not give these people your money, hell I couldn't if I wanted too, lost my phone and needed help to get service for an emergency, they couldn't care less, I live right next to this shopping center and will be sure to spread the word, as they refused to help a paying customer in need.switching back to t-mobile unbelievable
This store deserves less than 1 star if possible. If you must visit an AT&T store, do not go here. Mike will treat you like you do not matter, he has no compassion nor respect, ironic since he is in customer service. I recommend you go to a corporate office like the one on Mira Mesa Blvd instead of this retailer/franchise. Mike treated my sister very poorly. She is out in California by herself due to college and was having service issues. It is important for us that she has service for safety and school related concerns. Mike was not helpful at all. He ignored her questions multiple times, refused to help her, and when I called-our family resides in Texas-he was very rude to me too. Unacceptable to make a young lady cry when all she wanted was direction as to what to do. He proceeded to lie that he was the store manager when I asked for someone higher than him. I am very upset my sister was treated this way and I DO NOT recommend this store. Go to a corporate office, they will treat you with respect. In the 20+ years of being with AT&T/Cingular Wireless, this was the first time my family was treated so poorly by a store and team member.
Mike, one of the reps in this location is great! Ive been having issues with my previous carrier for a few weeks and has been a nightmare to resolve but Mike was very patient and helpful. He helped me and stayed with me to sort out my account transfer. I had to call customer service from the previous carrier and he coordinated with them through the whole process. I got it sorted out in just a few mins with Mike compared to a few weeks of fighting back and forth with my previous carrier. Mike deserves a raise! Definitely recommend Mike if you go to this location.
