I don’t think I got a survey or maybe I couldn’t find it but my mother and I were assisted by the manager and he really took his time to help us and explain things to us! Our experience was really wonderfully and made easy:) I’ll try to look and see if I received a link for the survey but just wanted to post on here as well! (:

Worst Customer Service experience.
I would leave a negative star if possible.
Additional fees were added which were about 45$ a month. I was never explained these fees. When I went in to ask about the additional fees, the guy who sold me the phone told me to contact ATT. I thought I was by going into the store to complain about the hidden fees.
Francisco was very rude and condescending, he was no help what so ever.
The little guy who sold me the phone was somewhat rude. I don't know his name, but he 5ft tall and 100lbs
Great Service! They were very knowledgeable with their products and help me pick the perfect phone for myself and my needs. Jay was very helpful and patient with all the questions I had.
Went in to fix something on my account and the crew was really welcoming, it usually takes awhile but it was fast and walked out with a new phone! They are the best!

I came in to purchase a new go phone. I waited 30 mins and the employee didnt know what to do so I had to wait for a Mr. Francisco. Francisco told me to go to Walmart and buy a phone there, come back and wait in line and then he will activate it for me. I left and went somewhere else. Apparently ATT isn't interested in selling phones.
Hi came in to purchase 2 phones identical one for myself and 1 for my wife. They only had 1 phone of that model. The store manager tried to talk me into a lesser phone with lower memory and a lesser camera which was A higher monthly price. I came to find out before leaving that they had a surplus on the other phone which was an earlier model. The manager also handed me over to another sales rep to complete my transaction. The new sales rep was very nice and courteous. But I was unhappy with the treatment by the manager and how pushy she was.
Staff was very helpful & friendly. It took a long time to get help. Store seems short handed at busiest time of day.
