Yesterday, March 6, I visited this store with my wife because we had heard great things about AT&T. Kevin received us with a warm welcome. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. His service was above and beyond our expectations. My wife and I left the store as new AT&T customers and highly satisfied.

If I could put this place a 0, I would. The worse customer service I’ve ever received. I came in for an Apple Watch & they did not activate the service for the watch. And I also got added insurance without my consent. The lady that helped me out put the insurance without asking and never put service on the watch. Yet I’m getting charged for it. I came into store and was received by some guy that just walked up, said: what do you want? Why are you here? I’m like that’s the service you provide? Don’t come to this store, just go straight to plazas las americas. Their customer service is actually good. Never coming back again.

Some friends in Tijuana told us all about AT&T and we decided to change providers. I’m so glad we came to this store! Kevins’ assistance was so professional, friendly, caring and went above and beyond to provide the correct service we needed. It was a great experience and we recommend this store. Ask for Kevin

After getting the runaround from customer service all morning, I went in to the store and was warmly greeted by Kevin. He was well informed and very willing to help with all my issues. I’m going to continue my service solely based on the service I received at this store from the employees, mainly Kevin.

Great service at this location. Super nice team. Was not rushed. I felt like they listened to my concerns and helped me solve my problems. Nice clean store with great A/C, lol. Good parking. Easy to find. I would definitely recommend. Oh, yeah, talk to them about ATT fiber internet. I've been using it since the start or the pandemic and so glad I did. Faster and better and does not crash. Happy AT&T customer

After almost 4 months and more than 15 hours on the phone dealing with the AT&T customer service bureaucracy, being frustrated multiple times with no call backs, dropped calls, a lengthy list of new names to start with from scratch each time.over an outrageous $5800 roaming charge and subsequent auto deduction from our bank account, AT&T taking almost 8 weeks to rebate our funds and then cutting off our cell service 3 times (latest this morning) after promising repeatedly that it couldn't and wouldn't happen. I finally met Enrique, Manager at the Chula Vista Palomar AT&T store. Enrique took immediate action, called Customer Service on our behalf, reviewed our Case # details with the agent, asked all the appropriate questions, got her agreement to acknowledge that there were NO remaining issues to continue blocking our phone service.then he called the AT&T "Unified" group, who had triggered the service cutoffs and convinced them to review the updated file and remove their service block. Our service was restored, our account was cleared and - fingers crossed - we won't have any further problems. If you have AT&T service, you should transfer your dealings to the Palomar Chula Vista store at once - you will be happy you did! (I got zero cooperation earlier same day dealing with the Chula Vista H Street store - they refused to get involved altogether.) Enrique provided excellent customer service to many customers who entered his store at the same time he was urgently making our case with the Customer Service people - great multi-tasking. Thanks again to Enrique and his team at AT&T Chula Vista Palomar - if AT&T corporate won't (or, worse, are unable to) fix their broken Customer Service operation, you need an advocate like Enrique to cut through the BS and needless delays with a focus on making the customer happy with your service, especially when customers are being mistreated. Do yourself a favor.life's too short to waste 15+ hours on the phone dealing with a gigantic corporation's inefficiency.take your business to a professional like Enrique at AT&T Chula Vista Palomar - you'll be glad you did!

I had such a great experience, right when I walked in they greeted me and the store is really organized. I went in to upgrade my phone it was such a quick process I was in and out in no time definitely recommend coming here for great customer service. Will definitely be coming back for any future services I have!

Anahi was very helpful she explained everything perfectly and

The service with AT&T overall to this point it’s great specially internationally to Mexico


To make this short I have talked over the phone with AT&T.
There’s this one staff member that was very rude he needs more training of customer service and sales and what he did to put his phone on speaker where other customers were hearing what the AT&T over the phone was saying to me that’s a big No! I will do an update on my review about in why my

Before coming into the store I was having extreme issues locating data that wasn't synced that I thought was lost forever. Maria really saved me and retrieved it all. Really appreciate the help with that.

Phone stolen! I was completely lost and Alex was so amazing and quick with getting my service suspended since the website was absolutely worthless bc it kept wanting to send me a secure text code. TO MY STOLEN PHONE, HELLO? WHY ON EARTH WOULD I WANT YOU TO SEND IT TO THE STOLEN PHONE? IT DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME AN OPTION TO ADD A DIFFERENT NUMBER AND THE 888 PHONE NUMBER WASN'T AVAILABLE AT 8 PM AT NIGHT. THE STORES OPEN AT FREAKING 10 SO I HAD TO WAIT FOREVER. Finally, got somewhere, with Alex, THANK YOU SO MUCH ALEX
