I had an excellent experience in this store. I recently moved to Corona and walked into the store for a fiber internet connection. Unfortunately at that time, new installations were on hold because of an engineering issue. Upon learning that I was a remote employee and heavily dependent on internet connection, Timothy suggested a stop gap solution which was great! He went above and beyond to ensure that my internet needs were taken care of. He diligently followed up with me on the phone with any updates and requirements.
For the fiber Internet installation, I was having trouble scheduling the installation. However, Timothy and Kathryn scheduled an appointment and ensured that the technician arrived on the scheduled date and time. Kathryn even followed up after the installation to enquire about the process.
Excellent customer service in this day and age. Highly recommend this store for your AT&T needs.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! Avoid this location at all costs! Worst service I have ever experienced at an AT&T store They only care about their commission and not about the needs of their customers. They paid off an item on our account and added an additional $200 to our monthly bill without our knowledge and they would not fix it. We had to go to a different location to get any actual assistance. Then, every time I asked about a sale they were advertising in the store they either didn't know about it or kept saying that there was no sale. Needless to say we never go back to this location again. We tried to get this resolved at the store but they were not helpful at all. We had to go to another store who told us the truth that the first store screwed us. The kid changed our payment date into 2 payments and now we cannot afford our rent this month and their Customer Service dept says nothing can be done.

I loved how clean the store was when I walked in, made it feel very professional and welcoming. I got greeted by like 3 people at the same time too and they made sure to cover all the questions I might have. Kevin’s super friendly too! Definitely like going to corporate stores from now on:)

I had the best service here in a long time. Kevin was able to help me upgrade my phone and add a line to my watch (I didn't know you could do). If you need a sales person who will be helpful it's Kevin.

I was given a new iPhone 14 Pro for my birthday. Of course, I was thankful and appreciative of the gift, but.totally hesitant to even attempt to set it up. I needed my reliable button (on the bottom, like my old iPhone 8 Plus). So, I decided to go to the AT&T store here in Corona, where I have made purchases, etc.before. I was greeted by a young lady named Leslie Ruiz and I told her my story. She was a great listener and proceeded to address my hesitancy - was everything backed up, would everything from my old phone be transferred to my new phone? And
Voila, it was!
Not only did she advise me re the proper coverings for my phone but gave me some of the hints/shortcuts to make my life easier. We also discussed other issues/concerns that I had. I say all of this to say, - Leslie was so patient, attentive, clear and concise and all around informative. She certainly made my experience at your store, a great AT&T one.

They were really helpful with being able to provide me with @ much needed document. Really nice and fast service. The service representative Kat was really helpful and attentive and helped me get what I came in for.

I walked in to get an upgrade and to make a change on my phone plan. I talked to Justine and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about my upgrade. The other associates, Tim and Kevin had also helped me out with a promo that they had. I'm very happy with my new phone. Thank you!

I highly recommend going in the day.if you go in for help after 6pm the manager has left and the best the staff, or more specifically "Brenda", can do is make empty promises that things will be addressed via post-it. Then when you return the following week, she'll shrug off that its not a big deal that the requested line wasn't cancelled, that I would be credited for their error and wrote another post-it for the manager.

After 10 days of post-its, promises contact, and other lies. I was given a "courtesy cancel" of my request due to a 14 day policy that I was just informed of. I was physically in the store twice, and this policy was never brought to my attention. I was then told that I would not be credited and that it was out of their control.

We have been with ATT since they were Cingular.so a very long time. Just like everyone else, I have had plenty of in-person and lengthy phone conversations with ATT. In all the decades we have been customers, I have never had better service than today. It was excellent in every way. Special thanks to Timothy for making that happen!
I went into our Corona Crossings ATT store with a question regarding a new phone and a trade-in. Not only did Timothy take the time to listen, but he headed off a potential problem with the trade-in. As it was not his sale (I had ordered online), he could have easily answered me quickly or redirected me to online customer service. Instead, he took time to look into my question more thoroughly and potentially saved me countless hours on the phone later. Not only was Timothy knowledgeable and professional, but he was friendly, kind, and quick to help. We were in and out of the store in minutes with a completed trade-in and solution to my problem.
I wish that EVERYONE could have this experience! Thank you Timothy for being great at what you do. And, thanks ATT for hiring someone like him! We appreciate the customer service so much.

You wanna look for the manager LESLIE Ruiz, he does know how to take care customer. Very polite, patient n listening to customer question, his immediate responses has solved my question. Wonderful ATT to keep tis talented mgr! Bravo!

Timothy Bunn was just wonderful. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable, and was able to solve our problem despite the limitations in a very creative and practical way. Great service all around.

My experience with AT&T was a total nightmare.
In April 2021, I signed up for a family of 5 lines and traded n 3 iPhones in perfect condition and was promised to receive $700 for each phone.
I waited for months and months, it never showed in my credit nor did I receive cash reward for the sum I was promised. I have visited their office multiple times, called multiple times and was on the phone for 3 hours each call being thrown from one assistant to another like a ping pong ball left to chase them for 2 years, last call their supervisor apologised and told me he will send me a gift card for $2100 equivalent to the 3 traded in iPhone X max but after a month f waiting still the lies continue. He promised I will receive an email with details of redlining my case but I never did.
They keep sending me large bills each month even though I paid off all my devices and canceled their service. Stay away from this joke of a company, all they do is lies and promises they never fulfil.
I need my gift card for $2100 or they give me 2 new iPhone 14 devices.
AT&T was not fair and made my life miserable with all the loops I kept jumping and they never cared. All they cared about is their huge bills wanting them to be paid although they were totally fraudulent!

Jonny and Donyae were a big help with making sure the upgrade and any tech issues were taking care of. They answer all questions and even gave me great options based on my current situation, which made my transactions process satisfying.

Thanks to you both if your in the area definitely stop buy and ask for these two gentlemen they’ll definitely get you squared away!
