AT&T Store, San Diego CA

Screw the 1800 Att customer service line. They hung up on me not once but twice, and I came to the store and David was a life saver. He was super helpful and patient with me. He was super nice and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store and ask for David.

Even one star is not enough to describe how bad this store. They are scam. My English was not good and he subscribed me many things on new iPhone. When I wanted to cancel he said, I cannot cancel these fckk subscriptions. He put me in debt. I called costumer service they ignored me also. I will sue them. I'm looking for good lawyers now. If anyone knows a good lawyer I will hire.

This store is amazing! I came in and was helped out by the new manager Amanda, she was great and helped me out with my phone.the last time i came in here I didn’t have great communication from the old manager Trent but Amanda assured me that everything that we have done in store was correct.i’m so happy this location is under good hands now and not how it was before. Thank you Amanda!

The SD PB store NOT even a corporate store (near fraud as NO real name posted anywhere) & they said they that they "cannot" even sell me a new iPhone (they say I HAVE to “finance” it, a SCAM) or add eSIM to my ongoing iPhone (not true per the nearby corporate store workers), so send me 30 mins away to a real corporate store in SD Mission Valley, there x 2+ hours for that worker to activate my iPhone 12 eSIM (he clearly was not even trained how to), so 3 hours spent yesterday on this one thing, 100% sloppy, ABSURD & unprofessional. So so AT&T nowadays, a total WRECK!

Extremely disappointed with my service at this store. Never had I had a store manager act so u professionally. Will not be going back to this AT&T store.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The store manager was rude with me after trying to find a way to sign into my account. I had a Virginia ID that caused issues with the California system (my guess) and the store manager assumed that I was using a fake ID. He WALKED AWAY from me right when I was able to change my PIN to get into my account. I felt so frustrated and helpless after my experience. Don’t attempt to go to this AT&T. The corporate office ending up helping me and they were baffled about how this store manager treated me.

Andre was not helpful at all with my service today. He did the bare minimum and was not willing to take responsibility for assisting me, an AT&T customer. Instead, I was stuck on the phone with AT&T customer service because the customer service rep in front of me was unable or unwilling to help.

The service was beyond exceptional. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the store manager Andre. I did not feel rush and Andre personally made sure I understood my contract and options. He followed through until I felt satisfied with the results. I can’t say enough good things about this store.

Leah was amazing, super easy and awesome new phone; absolutely the best at putting on screen protectors! Alex was also very helpful, thanks so much for your help and making it such a fun experience!

Thanks to Leah, my experience at the ATT store in PB was exceptional. She is very knowledgeable on the differant phones & was able to offer me all the promotions for my purchases. She is 100% management material. Thank you Leah for making my cell phone purchase pleasant

Go to a different location. Been here twice, not helped either time. I honestly feel sorry for the employees at this location. The manager was rude to them. The manager seemed to know what she was doing but treated her employees as if they were just annoying her when they asked for help.

I went into the PB ATT store for help on spam texts and calls. I spoke with Ashlyn Washkevich and she created the most positive experience I have ever had in dealing with ATT. I have never felt great about the company but she is different from all the other experiences I have had. Thank you Ashlyn for being a bright star at a company that needs more of you

Leah was amazing! I got my phone stolen and went to a different at and t store and was on the phone with customer service all weekend and no one could help me figure out how to transfer my old my number to a new phone. Someone even told me false information that other people couldn’t fix, the second I walked in Leah was so amazing and helpful and made it so much less stressful. She really explained everything to me and helped me make the best decisions possible at an affordable price, she really took care of me and I can’t thank her enough. From now on I’m sending everyone I know to Leah!

After being completely frustrated that 2 other ATT stores were closed before their stated closing times, I went to this store. Ashlyn was one of the BEST customer service representatives that I have ever met (give this woman a raise/promotion!). Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Besides myself, 2 other customers came in, and although she was the only one working, she was able to help all 3 of us simultaneously, her friendliness never subsiding. If you have to go to an actual ATT store, go to this one! Hopefully, Ashlyn will be working.:)

I really like the PB location, not crazy busy and staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Ashlyn at the pacific beach AT&T branch was so warm, welcoming, and friendly. She was also extremely knowledgeable and was able to set me up with my first account at AT&T extremely quickly!

Leah was awesome.super friendly, knowledgable, and had me out of the door much faster than I anticipated!
