Yesterday I went into AT&T with concerns regarding my bill. Marlene was very patient and helpful in resolving all my issues and concerns.

Never go again with the service and the way they work. Always say things possible to do and extra charge on the bill.

Called and left a message, inquiring about adding a line and buying a Apple Watch!

Never received a call back very disappointing!
I called the at&t store in Westminster and a actual person answered & answered all my questions! I’ll be going to Th Westminster store tomorrow to add a line and purchase a Apple Watch!

Simon was a great help when it came to finding the perfect phone plan for me and my needs! Definitely recommend this location!

Don't Trust Brandon the manager overhere, He forced Alex who is a great customer service, to told us that He missed quote us and can't help us to get the plan for New and existing customers who are certified or licensed doctors, nurses, or physician assistants who have or activate an ATT Unlimited Starter, ATT Unlimited Extra, or ATT Unlimited Elite plans are eligible.
My wife is an RN and qualify for the plan, so We just went to another At&t store down the road and they just help us without a problem. Thumps up for Alex, He should be the Manager instead of Brandon.

Great people great service. Diagnosed my problem immediately and fixed it quickly. My thanks to Angel and Alex for all your help.

If you’re ever in need of help with any AT&T product or phone issues, you got to stop by this store. I am really impressed with the costumer service provided. I was helped by Simon and he really went above and beyond with everything. He was able to answer all questions I had, and went through all the details I needed to know. Simon really making my experience with AT&T trustworthy and worth the time. I have visited other stores in the past but this one takes the cake by far. Great job to all staff, especially the man Simon!

Quick and easy online appointment scheduling. Parking is abundant. Chris the young man greeted me instantly, with a smile in his eyes! I was offered a seat behind a plexiglass window with rep on opposite side. During the time with Chris he expressed a vast amount of product and services knowledge, more than the Pavillion AT&T store. I highly recommend this store. The manager was awesome also.

Christian and Brandon were great. They helped me and my mom get our new phones and they were really helpful.

God BLESS the manager, Alex! He has the patience of a saint! My grandma is your typical European/German elderly who is very demanding, inpatient and expects you to read minds. We went into yesterday needed to upgrade her iPhone 4 and he was so kind, patient and respectful. She is more than a handful and I appreciated how helpful and accommodating he was to her. She was happy with her phone purchase and I’m happy she didn’t yell at anyone.they are limiting the store to just 1 person right now due to covid, but can assist outside. I recommend calling ahead if you already know what you want so you don’t have to wait. THANK YOU ALEX!:)

Angel and Brandon are worthy of the AT&T name! My first ever smartphone and they were patient, caring, and their integrity made me feel so comfortable.

I appreciated the help and kind assistance in helping me with my iPhone 11 Issue. The entire Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, ready to show an interest in assisting me getting my purchase and set up of my new iPhone 11.
