Vanessa is the epitome of excellent customer service! For various reasons we have been in to see her several times this year and she has gone above and beyond our expectations. I will always think of her and her staff first to fulfill all of my mobile phone needs!
Vanessa, the store Manger went over and beyond for us she was able to activate new service for my girlfriend yesterday on a business account I was never offered that when I activated service with AT&T which I also have a small business too. Great service thank you Vanessa.

Just go to corporate it’s worth the drive. Any issue that you encounter after doing business they are neglectful in helping you and always suggest to go to corporate because they can’t do nothing about it.
