10Over the phone I purchased a new tablet. When setting it up I had a question and went to the local AT&T store to complete the setup and register the new SIM card and tablet.
Store is now under new management and the manager is awesome. Everything was perfect. Jaime helped me get a new phone, transfer the data, and save me money. I’ll always come back to this store.
Shout out to Jaime! Very detailed on all the charges i would expect on my bill after i added 2 of my family members, saved $40 in the process. 5 Stars
Waited for a long time because there was only one associate to help customers and then I decided to try solving my issue over the phone because I didn't want to wait another half an hour for the other people who were there before me

Tristan at the AT&T Store @University Parkway San Bernardino was extremely helpful. He acknowledged us as soon as we went in while he dispatched someone else and got both of our cellphone upgrades out of the way professionally, courteously, and efficiently. All throughout, he was sociable and felt less like talking to a sales rep and more like talking to an actual person or acquaintance
It was. The young man who helped me was awesome. He helped me with my trade in and gave me all the information I needed regarding the process. It wasn't crowded actually I walked right in and got assisted. Great experience would definitely continue to visit this store again.
