AT&T Store, Vista CA

Great service and attention to details. Not only Mariela exchanged/fixed my sim that stopped working, she also checked my wife's phone and proactively replaced the sim card in it

I am very happy with the customer service at this store. I transferred from another provider and Mariela and Alex are very helpful and professional. They answered every question and any concerns. I highly recommend this store

Do not get the fiber internet around here. It’s terrible and the support from AT&T is even worse.

I highly recommend recommend this AT&T store. I was helped by Gissel and let me tell you that she is the best! Extremely friendly and made sure any of my questions were answered and overall made my experience at that store a great one! The service was nice, but they failed to complete my account, ordered the wrong phone (that I'm now stuck with). I've been overcharged twice. Still having to get things figured out.

It was very quiet. The sales representative where very friendly and helpful. They didn't have the phoned we wanted.

I would highly recommend this store, no wait and everything I needed was there and I didn’t have to order phone. Far better than any other experience I have had at other AT&T store. Very patient staff and friendly.

Alex was the best. He was very patient with me. I needed to transfer a number and step up my own service with new phones for both my husband and I with all the accessories.

During setup when he wasn’t sure how to do something he didn’t hesitate to call his wonderful manager Leigh (not sure if I’m correctly spelling her name) however she came through to solve the problem. I can’t say enough good about them both.

After getting home and trying to help my husband set up his phone, something wasn’t done right. So he went back and saw Leigh to receive help finishing up his phone. He said she was also very informative and walked him through everything.

WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!

Went in to upgrade to the iPhone 13 pro and Daniel took care if me right away. Probably the easiest experience I’ve had with ATT, seamless and straight forward. I highly recommend working with Daniel if you go to this location.
