4Kye was so helpful and answered all our questions. He helped fix my daughter’s phone in a short amount of time. This was the best customer service I’ve ever received.
Upgraded my phone with AT&T, send them my old phone iphone 14 pro and they sent me an email saying my iphone 14 pro is a value of $43! And when I asked them to send it back to me, they said it is not possible!) This is ridiculous, at least. Would not recommend. Try other companies.
There was no wait when I walked in to the store. Cody who helped me out was very patient and thorough when he explained the answers to all my questions. He made me feel confident that I was on the right plan for my needs and provided the information I needed to decide which phone I should upgrade to. He was very knowledgeable when it came to my technical questions. Overall, I left the store feeling very happy.
Some of the employees here are scam artists. They lie to get you get phone and watches and when you get the bill you pay full price. Stay away from here
