AT&T Store, Santee CA

Super easy phone upgrade. The employees were very knowledgeable and told me about the different phones and what the perks of certain ones were. I picked the one I wanted and they immediately got it and helped me transfer my data plan over and all my device data to the new phone. Completely seamless upgrade with zero issues. 11/10 Service

Great customer service, Eli is the best! Registers. He was able to help me with my phone purchase and was very knowledgeable regarding the products and the best offers. I was able to get the phone I wanted along with a case to protect it and the accessories had a deal. I love it!

Not recommended.
Came by store today trying to upgrade one of my lines on the account. Store was busy but we still got help. Phone was “in stock”, but after declining his offers he went to the back of the store to where I assume they have the phone with manager to come back and say that phone was not in stock. To me this very sketchy. I have been with Att for years and I have always like to upgrade my phone in store due to Att great customers service. I don’t think this store is a proud provider of “At Your Service” that ATT is so proud of.

I highly recommend this store. Every person I've dealt with over the years have been great. Brooke is amazing, so friendly & helpful. Thank you for all your help with our trade in!

I previously rated this place 1 star but today, I actually had someone who really worked hard to get me what I needed for my new account and went above and beyond to try and get me approved for multiple lines. Even though I wasn't able to set up things how I would Have wanted, it wasn't for lack of Martin trying. I really appreciated the experience at the att store. I had actually just left the Verizon store up the street and had the worst experience I have ever had at a store. So I already was annoyed and some what frustrated when I walked out of Verizon and over the ATT. The guys were so much nicer and patient than the one east county business services guy up the rd at Verizon. YOU'RE BETTER OFF WITH ATT. NO VERIZON!

Melissa and Brooke have an excellent service. Very accommodating and very knowledgeable. Super helpful. We are very happy and satisfied customers. Absolutely a hundred percent recommend to all my family and friends.

Very happy with my visit today. Stopped in to switch to AT&T and combine a couple of plans from different carriers. Worked with Nolan and he was awesome. Very friendly, been in the business for more than a decade and worked to get us the best discounts.

I ordered 2 phones online and had to pick up at different locations. This store was my second stop and by far had much friendlier atmosphere and very helpful! The staff were knowledgeable and really helped me get my phones set up quickly! I was very impressed!

My wife and I just upgraded our phones after a couple of years.they were very helpful, informative, and patient with our 2 boys under 8yrs old trying to stay entertained the whole time. Get your accessories online as there's many more options for less than half the price. Staff and inventory of phones gets 5 stars!

Martin was extremely helpful I went in to upgrade my phone and he was able to save my business account money and I even got a tablet out of it. Everyone including management was very kind.

Worst experience ever.earlier during the week, I went to the Santee store to upgrade my line. I made it clear on my initial visit that all I wanted to do was to do an upgrade and that’s it. Later during the week I reviewed my account and saw that the rep, Adriana K, added other features to my plan with out my consent. (protect and next up). On 5/31/22 at about 7: 45 pm I went back to the store and asked for a manager, the manager told me “ if you need to vent you can wait till we close” and walked away. I was really shocked that I was treated this way. She refuse to hear me out and to talk to me. This was so rude on their part and poor costumer service experience. All for trying to meet quota and add features to my account that I did not authorized. I will be reporting this to the BBB and look at other companies that offer better cx service. I have been a loyal cx to AT&T for 10 years and I felt disgusted the way I was treated.

I am so pleased with AT&T services in Santee, CA. It was always a good experience.
This last time was just special.
Elli helped me above and beyond. He was so patient, polite and knowledgeable. He made sure I got the service with my best interest in heart. He even looked a few steps ahead what I might need and gave me really valuable advice.
I can't thank Elli enough. He just touched my heart. Thank you So Much Elli.

I was having trouble getting my account transfer from another provider over the phone until I decided to stop by this location to get the transfer done faster. I was greeted by Eli. We discussed the issue and he right away knew what the problem was that I was having over the phone (issue related to the previous provider) he got things done in a timely manner. So thank you!
