The first gentleman (he has long braided hair) that came to my Mom’s rescue when she tripped on the blue hump outside At&t store, went running to check if she’s ok. So, thank you and kudos for that! The other gentleman, helped my Mom changed her screen protector because her phone went flying after she tripped. He works fast and very professional. So, also kudos for that! I had a phone where the jack did not seem to work anymore. I thought I would have to replace the phone, pay a big deductible, etc. Instead the nice lady who helped me took one look and went and got a sharp little tool, cleaned out the jack, and presto, new phone!
