AT&T Store, Riverside CA

Noel at this location went above and beyond when other locations couldn't help me! His customer service was top of the line and he took his time to make sure my new phone setup went through smoothly. Great experience!

I was helped immediately and was give excellent care. The worker was knowledgeable and very professional and pleasant.

A Rated a 4 because I would have liked to know the different tiers of packages, I really wasn't given that option. It was assumed that I wanted the package that the salesperson selected. I was tired from travel & just wanted to get home, so I deferred. However, that's poor practice and I really expected better.

When I walked into the store, I was extremely discouraged because I went to a different carrier just to see what I was able to get, and they gave me terrible customer service. When I walked in I was greeted by a man named Jessie, who is polite, well spoken, and he pretty easy on the eyes. He answered all of my questions, even when I repeated my question and made sure that I felt comfortable and fully understood what I was getting myself into the entire time. I walked out with an Apple Watch and an iPhone, and the best deal that I could’ve ever gone with a phone carrier. If you’re looking to go into an AT&T store, look no further the AT&T store off of Riverside Plaza is the place to go and when you go in there and ask for Steve or Jessie these managers are a dynamic duo and I promise you the sites not that bad either

My fiancé and I went in yesterday to upgrade our phones. We were immediately greeted and helped by Sharp. He was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. His customer service skills were 10 out of 10. We've been to this location multiple times but yesterday was the best experience we've had. We will definitely be going back because of Sharp.

I didn't really get the room I paid for it was too small the room I seen on the internet was one Queen bed sitting couch and a table to eat

We always have a great experience at this AT&T store and today was no exception. Jessie went above and beyond today making my daughter and I feel appreciated as customers. He was not only super friendly but gave us all of the best possible options in selecting a new phone and accessories. Jessie is a wonderful employee and we will be back to see him again!

Jorge did an awesome job helping us out! He was really patient and willing to answer any questions that we had. I would really recommend anyone who is looking for help to come to him because he is very helpful!
