AT&T Store, Rancho Cucamonga CA

Very bad service, I went to solve a problem with a line that they added to my account and they are charging me for it and I have never used it.
I went to solve the problem and the lady who helped me supposedly solved the problem, instead of solving the problem she added two more lines.
And a Google pixel 6 that they are charging me for that is also added to my account. So they are charging me for three lines that I have never ordered.
And I have tried to solve the problem and no one can fix it.
What happened next?

I was extremely impressed and satisfied with Tony's help and knowledge. He was extremely patient and thorough. Store was clean. The music playing was perfect. Happy customer and definitely will recommend this location and Tony.

My wife and my one year old daughter are currently at the store for an order that has been paid for and was just ready for pick up.they canceled the order they lied to my wife they call fraud just so they can make a in store sale. I am beyond upset and I will not stop until I speak to a manager or a district manager to have this rectified. This is horrible customer service and totally wrong doing just to make a sale.

I had some issue with sim and payments but TONY help me to resolve it I really appreciate him thank you

Marissa, was the most helpful in professionally handling my billing issue. Left the store feeling valued as the long time ATT customer that I am. I will most definitely be returning in store for any future issues with my ATT account.

Went in for an upgrade and the process was fast and simple. Stephanie was very helpful and had great customer service.

I was here to transfer my account from the other carrier, Myranda was helped me for

I’m going on a vacation back to China and come to visit regarding international plan or if there might be additional charges that I don’t know.the guy name Shawn or Sean who was helped me with all you need to call customer services attitude which makes me really upset. I mean if you know nothing or not sure please find your supervisor to ask not just say call customer service.

Shaun and Mgr Tony were extremely knowledgeable, patient & helpful. Shaun explained and answered all our questions. So glad for there helpz

Honestly, I'm kinda surprise of how helpful these guys were. Especially Rosvaldo (I think) and Michael in particular (give him a raise for sure). I usually avoid these places to save time and frustration but after I spend literally 3 hours on the phone with the corporate line with zero help I was very, very, very! Annoyed, had to hang up and called the Rancho Cucamonga branch. He told me to come over ASAP so they can take care of my issue (adding a line and porting a number from Google voice). And so they did, took only 20 minutes and Michael even stay after his normal hours to help me out. Really appreciate it and thanks again!

IPhone 13 got stuck on voice in accessibility that I was told to resetting the phone required complete erasing of phone to factory new condition. AT& personnel resolved the issue in 5 minutes without having to erase and loose all data.

Went and replaced a stolen phone for the wife. Picked up the phone and Maranda was a great help. She set up the phone and dropped some great advice for insurance and future purchase ideas.

Recently purchased a new IPhone at this store. Sales associate added phone insurance and next up plan without my consent and never even mentioned these additional charges. I call the store to get credit for something I was unknowingly being charged for and they told me it these charges are automatically added to new phone purchases and that I would have to call 611 to get credit for these charges. I called 611 and the associate told me these charges are not automatically included in new phone purchases.

I went into the store to learn the balance on my Pro Max 11 - I just paid it off. So I purchased a new IPro Max 14. The sales associate was knowledgeable, professional and answered all my concerns. I had a great experience as always and a brand new phone!
