AT&T Store, Victorville CA

The customer service was outstanding. Very pleased with the service I received from wayne. I could not be happier with the results.

Jojo was a very nice and helpful representative. He gave me options and listened to me as I told him my wants. He was very fast and efficient in helping me get the new phone and plan I wanted and needed and fit best with me. Definitely recommend going to this store and asking for jojo

The Victorville store experience was great, all of the employees that helped set up my new phone were friendy and very very patient and helpful as I am not very technical with cell phones, I love this store and their employees

This is not my first review of this store but my opinion was changed today. I've always recommended this location for the best customer service, however today we were not greeted, we waited about an hour and there was only one group in front of us.
When a new group walked in they were greeted and put on a list we were never offered. When we informed an employee he said we would be next but that new group was helped before us. We left.

The representative Ana was immediately helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable. And made the whole experience Very fun. They have great employees. We worked with her, but everyone seemed very friendly and helpful. Best AT&T location!

Beware of WAYNE G! Came in to return a iPhone 14 pro to exchange for a 14 plus! Wayne took the phone but left no paper trail! Now I am being charged over 1k for a phone I didn’t keep! They offer to check cameras, took about 45 min to come back out and tell me cameras didn’t go back that far (November 2nd)! Basically deal w it on my own they couldn’t help me! So I made

This store is full of incompetent personnel. Why have a store so they can direct you to speak to someone else over the phone? Bad customer service they just don't care to help. They just want to sell you a phone. Cheaper service comes at a high price. Please do keep that in mind before switching.it just may just be this location yet a really bad experience overall.

Best sales rep/ customer service I received from Wayne. I was taken care of soon as I walked in the store. He set us up with great plans and upgrades for the family. He really did make us feel like part of the AT&T family! He even followed up with us the next day to make sure we were satisfied with our products. I highly recommend asking for him when visiting this store hands down!

Amazing service by Brian, came in for new service and Brian was able to help me with the whole process.

No discount because our coupon was from a different AT&T store. 2/23 had to get a new phone, mine is no longer supported.

I have been all over the country I have visited many at&t stores and this one is the best of the best. Roger and the store manager are extremely proficient at what they do, I was in and out of there with a giant task very quickly, I've never been so happy with a phone provider way to go guys thank you.
