Owen was very professional and informative while also being easy going and laid back.
Very tough balance but Owen did Manage very well!

Chad was rude, sitting on a chair like we came to his house, asking PI questions about ssn and out loud when other customers can hear, being all bossy and aggressive, looks like not a one time thing according to comments, anyways he was not able to switch a plan not even suggested up sales or anything, gonna tell everyone to stay away from this place as there is a better one near innout where Chad sent us
Came in to pre order iPhone 15,20 min before closing. Online kept canceling my order. I didn’t need any ins or anything just a straight upgrade should have taken less than 10 min. Was told he can’t do it because it is so close to closing. I used to work at AT&T and would help customers till closing and if someone came in and said “I wanna do a straight upgrade the phone is drop-ship/fulfillment. ” I would have absolutely don’t it and earned the $15 commission right then.sitting outside the store writing this: 6: 45 he tuned off the lights and locked the door. Won’t be coming back her or recommending this location. Happened on sept 15 2023
Went in today to switch to AT&T due to Verizon being super corrupt and scaming their customers. Antonio helped me out and even got me on the FirstNet plan for my job as a paramedic. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He explained everything about the plan in detail. I will be 100% recommending my fellow paramedic friends to come see him.
Chad help me with with my insurance claim for my stolen phone and he was very polite and very hard-working and I recommend coming to the store. Great customer service here. I will come back.

If you want to to be misled by an incompetent sales rep named Chad H.and waste hours of your time then please go here. Chad promised that we could bundle ALL discounts including firstnet, internet, AARP and etc.and combined my family’s accounts but we came to realize that this was all a LIE in order to make a sale. Then we had to go to another store to get everything fixed by someone who was actually competent and honest. Turns out, AT&T does not bundle discounts and haven’t for YEARS. When confronted, he wouldn’t print our receipts, couldn’t give us a quote, refused to escalate the issue. Please don’t waste your time with Chad or this AT&T store. Honesty just go to T-mobile or other carrier.
Chad was super helpful and friendly. He helped us get the most value for our phone trade in and very efficiently too.

After a terrible nightmare when my phone was stolen I came to the AT&T store in Mission Valley at Mission Center in spoke with Chad and it was a grateful welcoming and he sold my problem and helped me get again online good job great job
Chad was probably one of the most RUDE employees I've ever encountered. As another person stated the store was locked at 3: 30 when we got there. We waited for a while and he finally came to the door and then let us in as he rolled his eyes and huffed and puffed. Bc he said he hadn't eaten lunch.
Gave him the benefit of the doubt and was super nice to him to begin with, then as I started asking more questions he accused me of being mad at him? Not sure where that came from, I said I wasn't. And basically he had the most horrible attitude after that dismissed what I was asking and said his store doesn't really have anything to do with ATT anyway and his boss lives in Mexico and doesn't care what customers concerns are so he doesn't tell him. Long story short this man acted horribly, you need to hire someone else who cares.
Normally I wouldn't write anything about a store closing early, but Chad H.or whatever that employee's real name might be, did an abysmal job at communicating that the store was short staffed and needed to be closed early.
We picked up a upgrade due to a broken phone. Ordered online for store pickup and saw the sign in the picture at the door. Chad was on his way out, and we asked why the store was closing early. Chad flatly told us that he worked his 8 hours and we can come back tomorrow. We asked to speak to the manager and the employee refused to provide any further details.
Whatever that person's situation might be, there's no reason to address customers this way. I hope your staffing situation improves in the future.
Had a great experience with Chad. I’ve been trying to connect my cellular watch with AT&T for days. I lost over 10 hours on the phone with AT&T customer service. Chad identified and fixed the problem in TWENTY MINUTES.thank you!
