AT&T Store, Torrance CA

If you would like to buy a cell phone or have any questions about your phone. This store is highly recommended over the Crenshaw store, You walk in here your question are answered immediately You go to the crenshaw store you'll be waiting three or four hours, I had a simple question I went to the Crenshaw store. They told me I would have to wait until the seventh. Person in the store was finished and then it would be my turn, That could have taken hours, I went to the Pacific coast highway store over by Best Buy. I was out in less than seven minutes. I forgot the young man's name, but he's full of tattoos on his arm. Superior customer service. I don't know maybe the crenshaw store should hire more people.

I Have been with ATT almost 30 years. Shawna at this store is THE BEST. She provides outstanding customer service.

This was the best service store I’ve visited in a while. The associates were very knowledgeable and patient with me I got a new phone and they even saved me money with their fiber and wireless deal was not expecting to actually save by getting internet definitely recommend this store.

Torrance CA employee Marlene Ramirez was the best employee! She helped us with everything and explained our new phones very well. She was extremely kind and did a very thorough job. If there one employee that deserved employee of the year its her!

LaShawna was so helpful. She is an amazing multi-tasker and she followed up with the requests I made, even well after I had the left the store. Such a wonderful experience. I will be going back for all my wireless needs.

Took a 87 year old senior to pay her phone bill and purchase a smartwatch the employee took $200 cash gave a smartwatch didn't help set up device left us at the table while she left the building, , refused to give a receipt for the cash bill pay, when I asked for the receipt again the Manager told us to leave, so dont shop there

If you ever need something done with AT&T, go in to the store in Torrance. Calling AT&T is not a good solution. The young lady was amazing! She helped me with all by issues.

My husband and I are seniors. Everyone in the store was very patient and helpful. Especially Stephanie and LaShana
